My visits to Karimi Dental have been an absolute joy--from the staff to the quality of communication, I've been pleasantly surprised a dental office can have me leave and come back not only optimistic, but with tangible reason to be!

The anesthesia treatment was the most surprising part; painless beyond that first pinch. I've had stubbed toes hurt more than the entirety of my root canal treatment, and with *my* pain threshold, that is saying something, let me tell you.

This is going to be my dental office, hands down. The kind doctor was very efficient, but personable. Didn't feel like speaking to a robot, but a guy worried for the health of my mouth. I'm honestly making this my dental office and my family is getting dragged along, too!

From the staff to the entirety of the visit, I was well taken care of. Seriously, visit these guys, you won't be disappointed, I promise.

First day with Karimi Dental. The visit was pleasant. I scheduled it early at 8 AM and was promptly greeted by the friendly staff. Lance did my intake and quickly moved me into the dental room. It was obvious there was constant communication between the Dr. and the Dental Assistant. X-rays were quickly done. Dr Karimi reviewed the X-rays and dental pictures and discussed a plan. My insurance benefits were reviewed and I felt comfortable enough to schedule a follow up dental appointment the following week. The office building has ample parking in the back. The dental office was welcoming with a tranquil ambiance. I hope to make this dental practice my permanent dental office.

My first visit at Karimi dental in long beach was such a comfortable & welcoming experience!
Most dentist appointments can be intimidating or stressful when you're looking for a new dentist or have some concerns.
Dr. Karimi has a way of acknowledging your concerns and making you feel comfortable about your dental visit overall. Thus, l've experienced dentists that wouldn't acknowledge or let me know what was being done to my teeth throughout the appointment. Dr. Karimi has a way of explaining what is going on and talking you through it. I appreciate his educating aspect and personable approach he has to dentistry. It makes me happy that I can leave my appointment more knowledgeable about my teeth health and happy. I definitely recommend Dr. Karimi to anyone who is looking for a dentist that truly cares about you and your teeth Concerns!

I had not been to the dentist for several years when I finally realized I needed to get some bothersome teeth taken care of. I decided to try out Dr. Karimi, and I'm so glad I did. Turns out I needed a tooth extraction and a root canal. These are famously scary procedures and I was preparing for the worst, but Dr. Karimi and his assistant/hygienist Lance were so kind and compassionate that everything went as easily as it could. They explained just enough to me so I knew what I was getting into, and--unlike other dentists I've seen in the past--numbed me before injecting me with local anesthesia, so I hardly even felt the needles. Throughout the procedures, they continuously checked in with me to make sure I was doing okay, and seemed to intuitively know just what I needed. Everyone there is great--Irvin at the front desk is smiley and personable. Dr. Karimi is caring, knowledgeable, and skillful. And Lance is a big, gentle, kind-hearted soul whose presence immediately puts me at ease. They both make me feel well taken care of. I highly recommend them.

I visited Dr. Karimi's office this summer to get my second crown done. I expected it to be a quick process, just like my first crown, but my teeth and mouth had other plans. After two appointments and two impressions, both crowns didn't fit my tooth. I was called in before the 3rd visit, and Dr. Karimi had a solution. I waited anxiously, and on my 4th visit, the crown was perfect! Dr. Karimi took the time to solve this issue and was professional, caring, and patient throughout the process. I also have a sensitive gag reflex, but Dr. Karimi had a solution for that, which worked wonders. Also, his staff are friendly and kind. They listen to my concerns and go above and beyond to make me comfortable.

I am definitely more on the nervous side when it comes to the dentist but at Karimi ALL staff made me feel so comfortable. Starting with explaining every detail to my understanding about my teeth, flawless crown procedure, and flexibility. 5 Stars!
