First time to the Urgent Care Clinic in Victorville, CA. Visiting family and ended up at Urgent Care. Not knowing what to expect, I was completely shocked by the courteous employees smiling and greeting patients so early in the morning.(Before 7am) The atmosphere was so soothing I was able to disconnect from my misery and focus on the warmth and compassion all around me. YES, the wait can be long, (less than 2 hours), but no one is sent away due to not enough Doctors available. Or told to go to another facility for care… This clinic in the High Desert provides great care and services to Kaiser Members. The Pharmacy was amazing as well. The purpose to everything is get you in and get you home as quickly as possible. I agree, I’m home..

All staff were great. Came in and set an appointment for flu vaccine, showed up for appt and male receptionist on duty remembered me and professionally called me out by name "Mr Still right? I'll contact nurse for you and let her know you're here". Also, Nurse Amanda was extremely courteous, professional, and quick. Amazing staff today.

I was very lucky to get an appointment with Dr Sharpe. I was called in right away, he was very kind and listened to every one of my concerns. He took great care of me and upped my prescription, made sure to refer me back to psychiatry, ordered labs, and made sure I had a follow up appointment with him next month. I was very scared and worried about my health and he took the time to figure out next steps for everything I was concerned about.

Parking is terrible. This seems to be a Kaiser trademark. Every Kaiser facility has horrible parking. I'm glad my daughter drove. She dropped me off then drove somewhere else to park until I called her to pick me up. There weren't even any open handicap spots!! Other than that, I had labs done. Everyone was super friendly and I was in and out with no waiting

Worst Kaiser ever. I’m in pain & discomfort & I’ve been standing in urgent care line for 15 minutes already. They have 6 receptionist chilling doing nothing & they have 1 urgent care person with a big ass line. I thought the point of URGENT CARE was to be urgent? I just left I rather deal with my pain & go to a different Kaiser.
Strongly considering switching insurances. my wifes are expecting They even told my wife they don’t do live births up here that if she wanted to have natural birth she would have to drive down the hill 40+minutes to give birth. I live in Victorville & they expect my wife to possibly sit in traffic to go down the hill during labor because we all know labors ain’t planned the baby comes when it wants.
