My first visit was quite different than my past experiences with dental professionals. I moved out here recently and the Dr. was recommended to me by my Physician. The Dr. took time to actually get to know me, the person first, before exploring my mouth health. She also had layperson diagrams pre-prepared explaining the biology and physics of the mouth and teeth and how teeth and gums interact in the mouth. Once we made it into the procedure suite, she spent a great deal of time explaining each and every part of the exam to me so that I understood each procedure of the exam and why it was an important element of my overall exam. Her dental nursing and assistant Laurie was also very helpful and supportive during the entire process (aside, both of them also display a great sense of humor which completely relaxed me during the initial examination). I am very happy I found Dr. Pham’s practice and genuinely feel that I am I in great hands going forward to maintain my dental health.

Dr Pham and her team are amazing! They’re not only incredibly professional, but they also go the extra mile to create a comfortable environment. The whole team is so accommodating, and it really shows in the quality of the service they provide (shoutout Lizzy). Highly recommend!

Dr. Pham gives the most thorough gum and teeth exam ever. She puts you at ease and explains every procedure that she performs. She works with each patient in a personal, professional way to arrive at a mutually agreeable treatment plan! Her dental hygienists and office staff are all highly professional and most welcoming! Dr. Pham does an excellent job with all the procedures she does. She's a perfectionist in the very best sense of the word! Warm and friendly, she and her office staff are a pleasure to work with. She is creative about options I have given my financial situation. I have recommended her to friends who also appreciated her abilities and skills. I can't recommend her highly enough. This practice is top notch. They don't miss a thing when it comes to your dental needs. They have the highest standard of dental practices I've come across, from office cleanliness and presentation to how they care for their patients. They are the nicest people I've ever met in a dentist office!! They make every experience wonderful. I have been grinding my teeth since I was 5 and have major jaw/bite issues and Justina Pham specializes in TMJ and other related conditions and I felt very confident that I chose the right Dr to help me on my road to recovery! Going to the dentist isn’t something to dread when you choose Dr. Pham. The office staff are friendly and professional always. If you need a teeth cleaning I highly recommend the male hygienist as he is very gentle, even my kids were amazed saying “he didn’t poke my mouth and make it sore!” I also appreciate that Dr. Pham is into preventative care but doesn’t try to upsell you into all kinds of stuff you don’t really need. Western Dental was a nightmare for that (and many other reasons). High quality and good service are why I come back to Dr. Pham.

I've been going to Dr. Pham for the last year and a half, and I've had nothing but the best experience with her and her staff. She's a great dentist and a really fun person, and her staff are all top-notch. If you're looking for a new dentist, I highly recommend her!
