Where to begin…
Jessica and Valerie at the front desk are so nice. They truly care about their clients and made me feel at ease with seeing the dentist and gave me excellent advice about my first visits and have kindness in their hearts. (I have bad anxiety and was very anxious) On my visit, Dr. Pinto answered all my questions, which I had many and was thoughtful on how nervous I was. He really does care about his patient's, how they feel, and what can he do to make it better. Amy the dental hygienist is very kind and consistently asked if I was ok which was comforting.
All in all, I truly appreciate everyone here and I feel so blessed to have found such a wonderful staff and Dr. who goes out of their way to make patients feel they matter.

Dr. Shaver and Dr. Pinto are truly the very best. My family has come to this office for over 30 years. We Highly recommend this awesome team.

I’ve been going to Dr. shaver for years. I’ve always had great service there.
I recently started on Medicare, and as part of that I got a small dental plan which covered x-rays and cleaning. Unfortunately I had to go to a large dental office in Victorville to use those benefits. I was shocked to find out I needed over $6000 worth of dental work. Since I already had an appointment previously scheduled at Dr. shaver’s office I decided to keep that appointment and see what Dr. shaver had to say about all that work. After a couple of x-rays, a cleaning and an exam Dr. shaver told me I didn’t need any of that $6500 worth of work. Needless to say, I won’t be making any other appointments with the other dentist. those free cleanings and x-rays just aren’t worth it. It’s nice to know that there are still honest people in the world. Dr. shaver is certainly one of them. Obviously I highly recommend Dr. shaver And his staff.

Dr Shaver is exceptional. Always pleasant and his work is excellent.

However, his new partner Benjamin Pinto is a huge mistake. Dr. Pinto does work incorrectly, and then charges double because of the additional work. Specifically, I had a filling he was to replace behind my front tooth. He added material in front as well then charged double. Now I have to have it replaced as it is very rough. After completing he told me what he did and stated it would need to be replaced again soon. He doesn’t even have confidence in his own work. He also couldn’t follow directions on other work attempted. After 3 visits and no results I gave up.
DR PINTO SHOULD NOT BE LICENSED. HE IS INEPT.

I really appreciate Dr Shavers approach. He's got to be one of the last Dentist that actually listens to his patients. Never feel hustle as is the case with so many others try to get as much $ as possible. I'm a pretty tall guy as a result other Dentist are pretty rough, kinda like there working on a farm animal or something. Dr Shaver always treats me like a human being and I so appreciate him for it.

Dr. Shaver has amazing experience, skills and knowledge. Front office staff are always pleasant, efficient and helpful. The Hygienist's are all excellent, and the back office assistants are highly trained and personable. I've been in many offices as a professional and a patient and this is definitely "the best" in all aspects. Thank you Dr Shaver and Staff.

Been seeing Dr. Pinto for some dental work, really enjoy his approach, makes me feel at ease compared to other dentist I’ve been to.
