In the last 4 years I've been with Mike's office, I've never had a bad visit. He is literally the best dentist I've ever had. He never tries to upsell you on anything you need, and I can always rely on him and his staff to give me transparent, honest, and quality care. Even though I moved far away from Pasadena 3 years ago, I still drive there for my dental work because I can't imagine finding anyone better.

I did my night guard (3D scan-based) in the office. I always break my night guard every few months since my teeth grinding is very bad. It was my first time to try the 3D night guard. It is pain free for the first night. And the material is so good that no scratch was seen on it after even 5 months. I am very happy with my new night guard. Highly recommended.

The best dentist I have ever been too! They are so gentle and explain every step before doing so. The team is great and super understanding. Both Dr. Simon and Dr. Jin are really sweet and nice and gentle with explaining things. The front desk is super welcoming and can answer any questions without hesitation. I went through so many troublesome dentists and I even got ripped off by one before coming here. I was very intimidated by the aesthetics of this office and thought it would cost a lot. However Jin’s dental has been so kind, helpful, professional, and most importantly- fair. I come here for everything now and I even come for ALL my cleanings. I never thought I’d be so responsible with my teeth!

I’ve been in plenty of high-tech dentist offices with everything sparking clean and amazing looking. However, Jin Dental’s customer service is what sets them apart from others. Everyone is kind and patient, taking the time to explain everything from what procedure they are doing to insurance. I can tell that people love their jobs and have great attitudes. Small touches like a massage chair, water, and welcome kits just adds to the warmth of the place. This place deserves the many 5-star reviews already written. Best dentist office in Pasadena!

In 2021, after getting PPO dental insurance, I had old fillings causing cracks in my teeth. It was overwhelming to need so much work: four fillings, two crowns, and three wisdom teeth removed. I was very nervous and had a hard time at first, but my awesome and compassionate dental assistant Donna made me feel calm and comfortable.

When I woke up, I realized only part of the work was done. I asked Dr. Jin to finish everything at once, but he recommended spreading it out to avoid overwhelming me. After several appointments, I felt relieved and grateful that my teeth were healthy again, preventing future issues.

This year, I went to see Dr. Jin for help fixing my teeth, as I felt miserable about the results from last year when the previous dentist didn’t provide any solutions, even though she knew her staff had caused the issues.

9/12/2024: Two years ago, I didn’t listen to the suggestion to use take-home whitening. I was hoping for in-office whitening someday. When I heard it was finally available, I was so excited! Dental Assistant Donna and I always have a big hug when I come in. She did an amazing job with my whitening; I hated the yellowish tint that bothered me. ?After an hour, I couldn't wait to look in the mirror and see my beautiful smile.

Dr. Jin fixed a small chip from edge damage on my teeth and adjusted the size of my other teeth to make them look straighter. He did an excellent job, and I couldn't believe the result! It made me smile more and feel so happy—I had tears of joy!

I feel like a new person—happier and smiling more than ever before. ? It’s so sore now, but I can’t help smiling and laughing too much! LOL. ?

After leaving the dental office, I walked out happily & smiling. Strangers said hi to me and smiled back even though I didn't know them. I was surprised and speechless. Then I met my friend at Bobaful in the Courtyard by Marriott, which has spacious seating and Wi-Fi. Unexpectedly, students and a lot of people include staffs stared at me, smiling back when I smiled. I felt shy since I wasn't used to so much attention. Some cute kids looked up, wanting to hug me. When a customer’s baby cried, I smiled at her, and she suddenly stopped and laughed. I was shocked—I couldn’t believe it!

After boba, we went to a popular Mexican restaurant to celebrate my achievement. Customers kept looking at me and smiling. One approached and complimented my beautiful smile. On the way home, I stopped at a red light, and three pedestrians waved and smiled at me. I had to stop smiling because my cheeks were sore from smiling all day, so I just waved back.

I can't thank Dr. Jin enough! I now enjoy visiting his dental office. His team is professional, welcoming, and accommodating. I would give him over 100 stars. He's the best dentist ever.
He continually learns, works hard, undergoes intensive training, and provides the best care for all his patients. I highly recommend everyone to visit Dr. Jin, the best dentist. You won’t regret it!

He created a comforting environment and super clean. While it may be a bit expensive, I find it reasonable for the high-quality care. I’d rather not pay 3-5 times more for endodontic or periodontal surgery, as I’ve seen friends face significant financial burdens. If you’re not happy with your current dental care, visit this office! Don't wait too long! Taking care of your teeth is vital for good health.

I absolutely love my beautiful & natural smile. It's much better than the fake smiles people create by editing their teeth to make them whiter in photo apps.

I'm looking forward to many more years with this dental office and wouldn’t want to switch dentists.

Beryl is my new favorite Dental hygienist!! She was extremely thorough, detailed oriented, and super sweet. Everyone at this office is also great and I highly recommend this place for all of your dental needs 🙂
