To everyone who needs/wants to go to the dentist but is too embarrassed to go. As someone who hadn't been in over seven years and a current smoker, I was hesitant about going, trying to avoid judgement. I went to this office, and it is nothing but welcoming, inviting and comfortable. The quality of services and professionalism is top tier. Gabby, in the office is informative, knowledgeable, and accommodating. After my initial appointment, she had insurance info and the schedule ready, just in case I wanted to pursue. She is on her game! Meredith, the dental hygienist, is the absolute best, she's comforting, her services are the best of quality, and she's just so understanding and down to earth! This is my first Google review, and I just feel so THRILLED to have found this gem in Santa Barbara.

Had a great experience at this office! They were so friendly, no judgment whatsoever—just kindness and support. They explained everything so clearly, from what they were doing to how I can improve my routine, and even shared some easy tips to keep my teeth healthy. I was chewing hard candy and unfortunately my crown pulled out with the candy as well. I called Jeffery Stratford, and the staff got me an appointment. Dr William Fontaine was my doctor and he took care me ,and he was very calm and explained what he's going to do and managed to put back my crown. He was professional and great manner. I definitely recommend him and the staff. Thank you everyone at Jeffrey Stratford DDS.

I appreciated the courtesy and friendliness of the doctor and the whole office staff. The doctor explained more about the procedure I had come to check if I would be a candidate for (I was) and some other more permanent options. He was willing to do what worked as a temporary solution, a more permanent one and the most permanent comprehensive one and the financial cost of each. He affirmed willingness to do what could work for me financially, unlike dentists I'd seen who would only consider doing whole mouth reconstruction (and not treat anything less ) costing $25,000 to 50,000. The consultation to check my eligibility for the device I was considering was complimentary. My only concern was that this practice did not seem to use Biomimetic practices and I'm not sure they use biocompatible materials. I would however recommend this dental office.

I met Dr. Fontaine for the first time today. He was excellent. Explained things throughly regarding options for treatment. Takes you seriously when you tell him you have dental anxiety and makes accommodations for you.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff, they share with you what they are doing each step of the way and educate you. Take time for your questions and try to make it an experience that you can feel comfortable with on every level. And Gabby at the front desk especially is a rockstar ⭐️

I would definitely recommend this dental office to everyone. The entire staff was so knowledgeable and kind. Gaby the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Jessica who did my x-rays was very professional and nice. Dr. Fontaine was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I am so happy that I found this dental office.

I needed to change Dentist due to insurance and although I loved my old Dentist, I was pleased to meet my new dentist, After speaking with him, I felt reassured that he had the same values that will make this a good relationship based on trust and skill. The hygienist and the office staff also possessed characters that I appreciate,
So as anxious as it is to change, Dentist, I am hopefully that this will be a long lasting relationship
