Dr Groff and staff are just the best! I moved to Sonoma 5 years ago and have been so pleased with my cleanings, a new porcelain veneer, and general care. I also learned that the staff takes care of many of the needs for those who don't have the ability to afford dental care themselves. I highly recommend Dr Jason Groff and his staff.

I can't recommend Dr. Jason Groff and his team highly enough! I originally discovered his practice through their amazing $99 New Patient Special, which included a consultation, x-rays, and an initial cleaning. This offer was an incredible way for me to feel comfortable returning to the dentist, especially since I've always been so afraid of leaving with a hefty bill.

From the very first visit, the entire team made me feel at ease. They are incredibly sweet and always remember the details of what's going on in my life, which adds such a personal touch to every appointment. They've been fantastic with my kids, consistently following up with them and making sure they feel comfortable and cared for.

Over the past three years, I've been back every six months for regular cleanings and an annual teeth whitening. Each visit is a positive experience, and I always leave feeling confident about my dental health.

I was not happy with my visit from Dr Groff although the staff was great! also this was a couple years ago...He was NOT nice at all. now I'm hearing Too many stories of how people walked out in more pain than when they went in just like i did... To break a tooth and leave a patient in pain because the numbing agent didn't work is complety unprofessional!!! Could have explained calmly instead of walking out obviously pissed off.. and leaving me in agonizingly excruciating pain!! I will never recommend this Dentist to anyone ever!!!

The staff here is SUPER nice. However, in my opinion Dr. Groff is a salesman. Pushing teeth whitening on my very first visit. I have naturally white teeth so it was kind of strange to me. The real issue came with how he handled a procedure for my wife. I won't bore you with the details here but 100% terribly handled. We had to go to another dentist who was able to fix his mistake. Told my wife that the feeling she had was normal and would eventually go away. After seeing another dentist they fixed the issue STAT and no more weird feeling. Communication is also bad. Just an overall weird experience. My gut feeling was he is looking to make as much money off insurance as possible. Very dissatisfied.

I’d give less than a star if it was possible, this guy comes in with a condescending attitude and doesn’t even do a proper cleaning. No to mention the equipment he’s using is old and pretty filthy. Don’t even get me started with the sweatiness sitting on cause that was just horrendous. The staff on the other hand was amazing, Idek why anyone would work for this guy.
