Great service! They always take their time with me and the nail techs are super talented artistically. They’re very patient with you and they apply the nails great! I like doing gel-X with them.

unfortunately didn’t have a great experience. she was really nice and able to fit me in, but the finished product was not worth $70. the nails were placed in a way that made them point upwards, and the polish wasn’t even. also wasn’t happy with the shape, but that’s my fault for not speaking up and instead saying they looked great. got them done on a monday and they ended up popping off the next evening sadly.

I don’t remember the name of the lady that I went to but she took off my dip powder nails completely with a drill. It left my nails so brittle and damaged. I now have to wait like 4 months for my whole nail to grow out again. Very frustrating.

I love Annie at iv beauty lounge!! I’ve been seeing Annie for almost a year now for gel x extensions. Annie has always been very welcoming and I always look forward to getting to chat with her during my appointments. She’s also one of, if not the most accommodating nail tech I’ve ever had! She always cares about her clients. She’ll do silent appointments if you’re stressed and just want to quietly relax during your appointment! She also has her clients’ best interests at heart and is super diligent about letting clients know if the health of their nails may be at risk, even if it means she can’t service them that day.
Any design or idea you bring in she’ll work with you to make it happen. I used to be very picky about my nails and exclusively went for dark colors. Now, I’ll go in with an idea for Annie and tell her to go with what she thinks is best, and she never disappoints. Love Annie she’s the best nail tech in iv!!

Annie is great! She always gives me exactly what I want and has very reasonable prices. She really pays attention to detail and makes my nails pretty much identical to the pictures I show her! Would definitely recommend!
