This isn’t your normal dental office. This place is above and beyond. You always get in at your appointment time. It’s never overly crowded when I go. The hygienist Lexi is the best! Always takes such great care of me. Tracy was great with X-ray. The owner is super friendly and on it. Overall been coming here since 2023 and it’s been a great experience each time! Bonus: they have a Christmas tree up all year and it changes in decorations with the holidays. Obsessed!

If I could design a dental office, it would have wonderful staff members who seem like they are there for fun rather than work. It would be bright and engaging with beautiful things to see, including sunlight and fascinating cabinets that hide equipment and stuff that distresses those who have not always had wonderful dentists.
But mostly, it would have a dentist who speaks honestly and clearly and provides amazing service.
I was just honored to have an extraction done for a Veterans Day of service this office provided 11/8/2024. It was a party and I met several fellow veterans. They were all as friendly and wonderful as the staff here. I bless the doctor, the staff, and the day we found this office. I've never before experienced such a terrific office.

It’s Your Time Dental is simply amazing! They took me in on a same day emergency as a new patient and treated me as though I had been a patient there for years. The entire staff was exceptional from the moment I called all the way through treatment.

I had many questions about what my future care looked like and Dr. Parrott took the time to answer every question with patience and professional guidance. He even called me later in the evening to check and make sure I was feeling ok. I haven’t had that level of care and service in a long time.

I loved it here - it was fast, professional, and friendly. The office was clean and inviting. There are so many positive things to say about this office. Big thank you to Dr. Parrott and his team!

Come meet my new dentist, seriously.

After 10+ years at another Queen Creek dental office and always feeling like just a number or a way to boost their sales, I finally decided to look for a new dentist.

I picked this office based on location, office vibes, qualified dentists and reviews- and I have to say, this office & staff didn’t disappoint.

Each person from office staff to hygienist to dentist took their time with me, got to know me (and my teeth), and made sure I was comfortable at each step- which is a big deal as I do have some fears about visiting the dentist.

I loved the clean, welcoming and comfortable office environment too. Just enough coziness to soften my dentist anxieties.

I’m now bringing my family along as I feel 100% comfortable at this office. Thank you.

As a new patient, I cannot say enough about the excellent care I received here at my first appointment! For starters, I have always been greeted by a live person when I have called to make an inquiry. Whether by phone or text, Maxx has always been prompt, kind and friendly in her communication. Hygienist Ally was warm, friendly and did a thorough job with my cleaning. Dr. Lee was professional, gentle and thorough, explaining each assessment and treatment procedure during my examination...and very engaging in personal conversation! The office is beautifully decorated and inviting, with a great play area for kids - they were even serving popcorn the day I was there! I received a nice goody bag and welcome note, and each staff member was courteous, kind and welcoming. In addition, I could tell by the conversations of other staff members in the office that they enjoy working together. At the end of the appointment, I was handed a statement with estimated insurance coverage of my services, so I knew exactly what my copay was. How refreshing! I'm looking forward to my next visit and highly recommend this practice!

Recently switched dentists and It’s your time dental is amazing. Customer service oriented, very thorough, explain everything, and the cleaning and exam were on point. Alyssa and Dr. Lee could not have been anymore professional and nice. Overall, a great experience and would recommend to anyone.

We love It’s Your Time Dental! Not only is this the best place to have your teeth taken care of, and great customer service, but they are super fun too! Took my 2 yr old grandson in for their fun and games and he had a blast and loved sitting in the dental chair. The staff are amazing with all ages
