Reserve con 3 días de anticipación para habitación premium y al llegar a hacer check in me indican que no está disponible la habitación debido que por ser un hotel "extended" las personas que la tenía decidieron extender su estadía y sólo podían ubicarme en una standard. Lo cual no acepte y casi duermo en la calle esa noche por falta de transporte en lo que conseguía donde alojarme.

Realmente ver tantas opiniones negativas me hizo asustar y pensar que me encontraría con lo peor. ||El lugar esta a acorde a este tipo de hoteles, necesita remodelaciones, no había plancha en la habitación ni vajilla. ||El personal de recepción muy amable y servicial. ||Nose si volvería otra vez, todo depende si hay ofertas, pero las opiniones negativas -a mi entender- han sido exageradas

Do NOT stay here. Worst experience ever. I've stayed at places that provide dishes for the kitchen and towels to bathe with. They give NOTHING here claiming it's like a private apartment. So I have to spend money on items that they should provide? Never again. The rooms are roach infested and tbh disgusting. Floors were dirty and I had to scrub the shower, sinks and toilet just to feel clean. There was a company that sprayed for roaches but it doesn't really help. Even with putting out my own roach pellets and keeping my room clean and no food out, I would STILL have a roach or two lingering around. If you have any phobia of roaches do not stay here. The staff would come single me out for doing things that were not listed in their rules yet I would see other ppl doing things that were listed on the rules and were told nothing. She made me feel like she was personally attacking me. Do not waste your money here. Never again would I give them my money. I won't be surprised if she gets on here and tries arguing from this post. I can't stress enough, the lady in the office and the non updated rooms are something out of a horror movie. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE.

We do storm work, so we get moved around without much notice. They refused to refund us our money for 4 days. Kinda sorry when you think about it. We don't ask for anything except honesty, and I don't believe this place is honest while not refunding us and probably renting room out. Its kinda like theft.

They rip off. I booked 7 nights with them they took my money and canceled the entire reservation. They are going to be sued!!!!

On the check in day the property called at 6:15 PM to see if I'm still coming. I replied yes and informed the lady over the phone that I'm 2 hrs away and should be there around 9:00 pm. The girl and the manager told me that check in is until 7:00 pm.
Since their check in hours are not standard I would exoect them and expedia to make a note that check in hours are limited and not like other properties.

I asked them to wait for me or help me to check in over the phone but they refused and hang up on me.

They didn't make any considerations to wait for me or check me in over the phone. If they have certain hours that they check in and don't have late or over the phone check in that is a rip off and misleading.

They left me without a room to stay so I had to book a room in Baton Rouge LA that messed up my work schedules on the next day.

On the next day I showed up at the property to check in for the rest of the reservation (remember ? I booked 7 nights) and the girl over the counter told me for the first time that they cancelled the entire reservation. They didn't tell me that on the previous night when they called me.

This is bad customer service, rip off and misleading the customer.
