What an amazing dentist office, the entire staff is so amazing.
I Had to have a Tooth exsracted, and the doctor was so detailed from start to finish made me feel that I was making correct decisions to have tooth removed and then go with an implant. Surgery is scheduled for today and he is the most gentle dentist ever. Never felt any pain and his concern to make I was comfortable so amazing. He talked to me about every detail as he completed the procedure. Dr Mark you are the best dentist I have ever been to in over 55 years. I recommend this office to everyone.

Great experience!! Dr Mark made sure that both my experiences were pain free. Never felt the numbing shots and my laser was treatment went very well. Healing is going well. Great staff also. Very knowledgeable and friendly, had all of my questions answered. Dr Mark also followed up to make sure I was doing well. Thank you!

Excellent customer service from the time you walk in the door until you leave. Great bedside manner by Dr Kunihira, he explained everything as he was doing it and even called to make sure I was ok.

The office is very clean, staff very welcoming and friendly, Dr. Kunihira was very thorough explaining the process of my particular case, I did not feel any pain. He was kind enough to call the next day to see how I was feeling. Excellent service!

Dr. Mark Kunihira and his staff performed laser surgeries to fill in pockets that had formed in my gums. He and his staff gave me great care, there was virtually no pain, and My gums healed quickly. I highly recommended his practice.

My wife and I have always enjoyed the friendly and professional services and interactions we have had with the Upland Office. From the front desk to the treatment rooms you experience this friendliness, professionalism, and proficiency. I would like to acknowledge the Dental Hygenist that provided treatment on 11/21/22 1000 hours. She went above-and-beyond to ensure my comfort with the treatment and was thorough in cleaning my teeth. She is gifted and enjoys providing service that she takes pride in. I have had my teeth treated and cleaned by several Dental Hygenist, but for the first time due to the skills and proficiency of this Dental Hygenist there was extremely mininmal discomfort/pain during the treatment and after. I met Dr. Kunihara and his great staff on July 8, 2020. From the moment walking in the reception area, I was greeted by Theresa at the front desk with a very friendly greeting and her assistance reference insurance etc. Dr. K's dental staff did a great job of taking x-rays. They are always friendly and professional in how they conduct themselves. Dr. K stated the process for an implant for my front tooth and today removed the sutures. Dr. Kunihara definitely takes time with his patients in making sure everything is done perfectly. I'm very happy with the process so far
