Lo peor después de un año me pasaron una cuenta y la persona que me contacto arrogante ,muy ruda haciendo la gestión de cobro o pagas o pagas . Ge pasado muchas cosas y la situación económica omita no es muy buena entiendan son $800 que no tenia programados en mis pagos . Después de la última llamada me dijo que iría a colección siempre haciendo ver esto como tengo que pagar . Así que salí vendí mi argolla de bodas y ya pague nunca más volveré aquí ni lo recomendare pésimo servicio al cliente . Gracias.
The worst thing, after a year, they gave me an account and the person who contacted me was arrogant, very rude, doing the collection management or you pay or you pay. They did a tooth extraction and removed the root canal I had six months ago. They made an appointment six months later and quoted me a price. I don’t have insurance. I am paying cash. Well, I get here and the price has gone up by $400. Then before the procedure they say it is going to be another $700 for a membrane cover. I told them forget the membrane cover. I am already paying more than I was originally quoted. Ridiculous!

No stars are what they should get. This place basically just took our money. The consultation was $62, and then the test was $30. There was no test. This dentist, Dr. Tapped on the tooth and said it needs to be extracted. Shouldn't her looking to see what needs to be done to be part of the consultation? This was ridiculous! I would not recommend this place. Also, if he needs a root canal, they said it would be $367 because my insurance wasn't covering it all. Well, I called the insurance, and they are within network, and it was fully covered because this Dr. Is a participating dr. With my insurance. To all the people that have come to this place, they need to double check because they are scamming people out of money. Also, they are very rude over the phone. One of the dental assistance was super rude when I asked why I was being charged for a test. If there was no test. She said, "Did the doctor tap on the tooth? I was floored because checking to see what needs to he done is part of the consultation. That lady was so rude. I'm never coming back here again, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Very nice/wise office staff. Dentist was awesome. Explained procedure before n during, as well making sure I was comfortable throughout. Highly recommend them!!!

They did not charge the contracted amount per my dental insurance. Added additional fees over the contracted amount. Initially attempted to charge approximately $400 over the contracted amount. Then the rep at front desk, older woman(think her name is Jackie) advised she would consult the dentist. She did and we then agreed on a price close to $200 over the contracted amount as listed on my dental plan for Inland Empire Dental Specialty Group. I paid the amount in full.
I had to file a grievance with my dental insurance as a result of the situation.
3 months later, I received a bill from Inland Empire Specialty Group for an additional charge. It was regarding the service that was paid in full after the service provided.
And to top it off, the charge was listed as 90 days over due and it was THE FIRST NOTIFACTION OF A BALANCE DUE!!!
The amount was under $70 so I just sent a check through my bank via bill pay so I could just end this fiasco. I sent 2 emails via Inland IEDSG web site but no response. The billing at Inland Empire Dental Specialty Group is very questionable and unprofessional.
I filed another grievance with my dental insurance company regarding the additional charge (first notification) that was list as 90 days over due!
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND INLAND EMPIRE DENTAL SPECIALTY GROUP TO ANYOND DUE TO QUESTIONABLE BILLING PRACTICES IN COMPARISON TO THE AGREED UPON CONTRACTED RATE WITH THE DENTAL INSURANCE COMPANY.

Reasonably priced experts in Root Canals. In and out in about an hour. Dr Cho was excellent and explained everything about the procedure. The staff was friendly and helpful.

2 Root canals, same day. Fast, efficient, no pain after Novocain wore off. I don't know why people complain about root canals. Maybe they should be coming here.
