I had appointment at 10:30am. Arrived at 10:20am I was waiting until 11am, when they called a lady who had appointment at 11am before me. After waiting an additional 15 minutes without being called, I just decided to leave.

Great dentist. Very nice and gentle. I only gave 3 stars because the girls at the front told me they except my insurance but didn’t tell me I was out of the net-work so I would pay extra and not get free teeth cleaning when my insurance says I get 3 a year. I had to call my insurance to figure to figure this out. Who knows how much extra money I spent over 2 years. Remember if they say we except your insurance that doesn’t mean your in network. Go online or call your insurance provider to make sure you are in network.

This has to be one of the best dentist I’ve ever been to. He worked with me even though I didn’t have insurance and helped me out with some bad teeth I had. I normally hate the dentist but they made me feel very comfortable and welcome. I would recommend this place to anyone having issues with their teeth. Thank you Dr. and your team for helping me get through this.

Disappointing. I made an appointment over 6 weeks ago to only find out by arriving to the office they gave my appointment away. The young lady at the desk could careless if they resolved it or not. Her only response to me was that we have been trying to contract you when in fact I have the office twice once to be told I need to bring my insurance care with me when I come to the appointment the second time to provide the information of the insurance card. The person who answer the call asked me to call back or bring the information with me when I come in today.

I am so upset that they didn’t even try to help in this matter. I was thinking about move my entire family to this office with good insurance and lots of dental work. But they can kiss my money good bye. Go some where that respects you and you are not just a number.

Great dentist, best one my Wife and myself have been to for a very long time. Caring friendly and effective. Has always been there for us for emergencies as well.

I took my 6 year old daughter to this dentist. I told him she was still traumatized from the last time she was there and I wanted him to use some bed side manner and calm her down. He got defensive and told me adults are scared of dentists too! This dentist has no bed side manners. My daughter had a piece of tooth removed with some tweezers and he charged my $700 for a tooth extraction. He overcharges and doesn’t care about his patients. I will never go back.

Very clean facility. Friendly and efficient staff. Dr. Vincent is very knowledgeable, skilled and so wonderful with the way he explains things and shows photos in stages as he does his thing! I was thoroughly impressed and will stick to Dr. Vincent for all my dental needs.
