I have had the worst experiences with dentists my whole life. When it came to my bottom teeth, I have always just had to accept that I’m only partly numb and just endure the pain. Not today with Dr. Art at Imperial Dental Specialties. After telling him my history of never really getting fully numb, he did a special technique and it worked wonderfully! I felt no pain when they did a crown on my lower molar and I was able to even relax in the dental chair - that was huge.

Also, the office is immaculate and the staff are very professional and attentive.

10/10 dentistry!

Terrible service the Doctors don't listen and they will try to split up procedures into multiple appointments instead of addressing your problems at once. I came in with discomfort in my gums and the doctors absolutely refused to address the issue. They insisted all I needed was a cleaning on my retainer. After insisting that the doctors inspect my gums, again because of my discomfort, they then told me they cannot perform the routine cleaning on my retainer. The whole inspection of my gums took 5 mins, so why in the hell cant you just clean my retainer like you were going to in the first place? Total waste of my time.

My son and I have been going to Mexicali for our dentistry and decided to stay local due to time. It was such a great experience and the Drs were so professional and explained everything with detail. The cost with insurance is a little higher than Mexicali but worth the extra money. The staff was so nice rare in the valleyHighly recommend!

I have been coming here for three years and have to say this is hands down the best dental practice in the valley. Every staff member here from the receptionist to the doctor is incredibly kind and professional. They are great at what they do and I feel that they are very transparent with their services and pricing. The office is clean with modern technology.

Have nothing but good things to say about my visit. This was my first visit here and office was clean and nicely furnished. I was greeted by the staff and taken to the rooms quickly. Every procedure was explained to me throughly and my comfort was checked often. When seeing the doctor my diagnosis, with the x-rays showing what he was talking about, and possible treatment plans were provided. The financial person came in and provided the plan and costs after checking with my insurance. When I explained that I would like to start some of the treatment plan, they working things out to have most of the plan done and allow me to use my flex spending monies before the end of the year.
I was very happy with my visit and would recommend them to anyone needing dental care.

I don’t like the dentist, I have always had horrible experiences. The 1st time I went the staff was friendly and welcoming. Dr. Arthur went over my X-rays and explained what needs to get done, he was explanatory and kind. I returned today 1/25/22 due to a dental emergency and Dr. Hamlet did the procedure. His voice and presence was calming. The procedure went smoothly, he kept asking if I was ok and his dental assistant was just as kind. I’m thankful we have such a great dental office in the valley. I left their office in good spirits. Thank you Imperial Dental Specialties for giving me a new outlook on the dentist office.
