This is the second major project Ideal Tile has done for us and both came out beautiful.
Our first project was a complete kitchen renovation with a lot of wall tile and custom decorative inlays in the tile. Many tiles had to be hand-cut for the inlays and the installers were fantastic.
The second project was a bathroom renovation - and while it was smaller than the kitchen, it was more complicated because there was more custom work due to existing elements. Joe and the installers were great.
There was a lot of demolition and the workers were very careful. The new shower base is beautiful. The installers made many custom changes to make sure the new work looked great with the existing items.
We also got a new shower enclosure from Ideal - the materials look great and the installation and fit are perfect.
Throughout both projects, Joe and his store staff were very patient and helpful and made many suggestions that made the projects a complete success.
The kitchen and bath came out even better than we expected because of the involvement of Ideal's people and their expertise. I would definitely use Ideal for any future projects and recommend them 100%

Buyers be aware.
This store has a nice selection of tiles which is why I bought tiles for my shower as part of a bathroom renovation. I almost bought more things for the bathroom and I’m so glad I didn’t. Here is why:
1) when I placed the order, I’ve asked how long before the tiles are delivered to their store. I was told 3-4 weeks. It took 3 months. Anyone who had to manage a renovation project would easily understand how such a delay can be problematic when you are trying to plan your project. Thankfully my contractor was great and we worked around that delay.
Additionally, the communication was horrible. I would call about once a week, be told that they would call me back and nothing. Crickets. That went on for a while.
2) I provided the dimensions of the 2 shower walls I needed tiles for, so they can tell me how much tiles I needed. I asked for an extra 10% as it is customary and recommended. They ended up ordering enough to do another wall. My contractor was pretty surprised how much extra tiles we had. When I asked about return, I was told that there is a 25% restocking fee which is mentioned on the invoice so I knew about it. I asked to have it waived considering that they had ordered so much extra tiles and not the 10% initially requested. My request was denied. I find this very uncommercial considering that the return was caused by their miscalculations.
For these reasons I will not shop there again and do not recommend this place.

Like many reviews on this business, great products, worst possible service after the purchase. We ordered weeks in advance and was told the tile was readily available. I had to chase these people to bring the tile and had to delay the remodel. Phone call after phone call, getting nowhere. They couldn’t possibly care any less, zero customer service, zero sense of urgency. Avoid this hell-hole

The showroom here has an abundance of options while the quality of the tile is superb! I found their prices to be the most reasonable without sacrificing quality. Catherine and Joe were the best part of my remodeling project. Their knowledge and professionalism is what makes them the best. However, their honesty is what separates them from the rest. I found everything here from my floor to backsplash and fireplace. I love them here at ideal tile because of how they take care of their customers from start to finish!

Wow! Very surprised to see these negative reviews. We have been customers for years specifically because their selection of tiles is the best bar none! The owners as well as sales people are very helpful and we have never had an issue. They have even come to our home and re-grouted areas without cost years after installation. Their installers are the best we've ever seen. Their attention to detail is amazing!! I am a very picky person and I never find any issues...never! We are currently building a new home out of state and I would only trust them to do the work for us. If you want a larger than average selection, and a quality job, these are the people to go to!

This place had a good selection and service when making the sale. However, after the sale they were the WORST. Horrible to get answers from, kept telling us the wrong date so we wasted so much time going back and forth for product they did not get, but did not tell us about the issues. Finally, they did not have something we needed to we returned one part and they have not mailed out a check for two weeks and wont get on the phone. I would stay away from this place as their customer service and experience was more stressful then doing the job and dealing with the contractors. A woman who works there was also combative and extremely disrespectful. The owner tried one thing to help, after hours and trips spent. Good product, horrible experience. Go somewhere else.

Terrible customer service once they make the sale. Product quality is good but their lack of expertise in assisting with proper measurements- providing your order in a reasonable time (took over a month !) - missing pieces of the order , overall lack of interest on how your project turned out and lastly charging a 30% restocking fee for one small box of tile (never opened ) is why I’m giving one star. Shame they miss the mark since their product itself is good quality - goes to show you it’s not what you buy but WHO you buy it from
