More than 5 years trusting the service, the professionals always look for the best care they can offer, but today 8/12/25 that was a shame, more than 3h waiting, and seeing how not even a kid being call for more than 30 minutes. And when you walk in they said to you, the wait is so long, like suggesting you to go elsewhere… Really awful…

GREAT hospital!! I got seen by a nurse, got xrays done, and saw a doctor all in under 2 hours! They were so kind, patient, and had a translator when we needed it, but most of the staff speaks English too. Clean and very high quality hospital 🙂 Thank you!

This is the worst hospital experience I have ever had.
I went there to the emergencies because I had fever and some symptoms. Everyone was very unfriendly and rude. The nurse was half listening to me, dismissing some of my concerns, and put the thermometer so far from my armpit that of course it looked like I had no fever (but I did at home, when I took my temperature before AND after my hospital visit.) The doctor I saw didn’t listen to what I had to say, then ordered some blood exams without telling me the reason or asking my permission. I told him that I felt like I had a parasite or bacteria in my digestive system and he refused to look into it (turns out I was right, after I went to a lab to do the tests once back at home). The nurse who took my blood sample messed up and blood was spurting out on my arm, it was a bit scary.

But the worse was to come: the bill was HUGELY high for the five minutes that the doctor spent with me and the few exams they made (urine and blood samples).

1100 EUR !!!!!

I tried to protest but I was sick and alone, and I was not strong enough so I paid. All my Spanish friends told me that surely they inflated the bill because I am from Switzerland. A friend went to talk with the administration there but they denied having inflated the bill. So apparently there is nothing to do.

I was admitted to be observed and try to catch a possible cardiac event. I had the feeling as I was in my room and I, like I was told to, pressed the nurse button so they could urgently do an ecg and bp check. No one came. I shouted at the top of my lungs over and over and over NO ONE CANE. I pressed the button over and over NO ONE CAME. There was literally no one in the corridor of the ward. It was 2pm! Eventually they showed up over twenty minutes later!!! Nonchalant and I had completely missed the chance to have the urgent check which was THE WHOLE REASON I WAS ADMITTED! Absolutely unforgivable. And how could anyone feel safe there?!! If Quiron read this please let me know how to claim for reclamación. .

Great hospital with brilliant personnel. I had weird chest-pains and got in early morning. They checked everything, twice. Calmed me down. Showed extremely high level of professionalism and did everything perfectly with a smile despite being early morning. One of the best hospital experiences of my life and I am very grateful for the brilliant care.

Some people are nice, but my stay there was the worst experience of my life. I had to beg for help for three nights in a row due to their weird intercom system. I pressed the button for help, they asked me what I wanted and when they couldn’t understand me, they just hung up. I was in incredible amounts of pain and had to call for them 3-4 times at a time until someone came. They even told me they were aware the intercom and phone in my room were broken. I felt so incredibly helpless most of the time. It was so traumatic.
The reports I received had many mistakes, which makes me question if they were even listening to me. They let me go with no explanation and in unstable condition. I will not return and I will need therapy to work through what I experienced there. I’m still in shock

As you can see in the photo of the messages received from the maxillofacial service at Quirón Hospital, the doctor was scheduled to see me on September 18th, but when I arrived, they told me they wouldn't see me if I didn't pay, when they had told me the opposite, as also shown in the message in the photo. To cover their backs, I went to file a complaint and, hours after the appointment, they sent me the cancellation notice that same day.As you can see on the picture t

Disappointing Service and Report Quality – Bone Densitometry (Aribau Location)
I am very disappointed with the service received and the quality of the report provided after my bone densitometry at the Aribau clinic. The printed report was of extremely poor quality—barely legible due to what was clearly a lack of toner. When I requested a better copy, the response was that this was the best they could provide, which is simply unacceptable for a medical document.
Furthermore, I was informed that the full report would be uploaded to the Portal del Paciente within a maximum of five hours. This appointment took place on Monday, and as of today (Wednesday), I still have not received access to the digital version.
I have my medical appointment today and I will have to go with this.
