I had to take my wife there on Tuesday. Receptionists very polite and dealt with us very quickly. My wife was seen by a doctor within 10 minutes and she was very good at the diagnosis and treatment. All in all a fantastic experience. Thank you.

The rebirth of Clinica Jorgani.
As a patient of the clinic since 2019, I have witnessed its progress and also the deterioration that took place a couple of years ago. But since its reopening under new management, things have changed dramatically. It is the same building and same name but that is the only connection with the past. Staff is now not only attentive and courteous but also knowledgeable. Management is working hard to create the medical center Costa Teguise needs. We all know the fragility an injury or ailment carries and patients need to be listened , properly be taken care of. There is a professional staff to achieve that goal, from the personnel at the reception to the expanding number of nurses, GPs and specialist doctors that are already part of the clinic.

I needed to get a cardiologist appointment for an up coming operation and some blood tests
The clinic was excellent and provided all that I needed the blood results where back in 10 minutes and the cardiologist was extremely thorough
I would definitely recommend and will certainly use them again

Had a terrible experience. One good thing is we were able to pay super fast. So i guess they are good at that. After we paid they sent us down the hall to wait infront of the room where they take the tests. We waited for 45 minutes. We were first in line but there was nobody doing the tests. Staff was just ignoring more and more people in the waiting room.

After we were finally done I couldn’t access the results via their online form. Nobody was picking up the phone also.
I finally figured out the problem. They made a mistake in my passport number (same number you use to unlock the results) and only by trying multiple times with “mistakes” in my number i got the results.

So I would not recommend their service as it is sub-par. There are other professional clinics around I had great experience with in the past. I an definitely not coming back.

The UK brought a rule in 2 days before we were due to fly home meaning we needed to have a certified covid test before departure. We asked at other clinics but they were more expensive, we got our certified tests here for 20 Euros each (Dec 2021). There was a queue but they dealt with everybody as quickly as they could, we had to wait about 25 minutes to get the test and when we returned for the result it took about 5 minutes. Considering how many people needed tests I think they did a great job.

Came to Clinica Jorgani to do an ecografy at pregnancy week 20. I have called the reception several times when making the appointment, to endure that this clinic does offer this service. Even though they have reassured me that they did, upon arrival I was informed by the doctor that they do not do this ecografy. We have traveled from Fuerteventura just for this appointment. Very dissapointing. The only good thing was the Doctor, an exteemely nice and knowledgable gyneacologist who did her best to inform me about other places where I can require this ecografy.

In April 2022, I was at Clinica Jorgani in Costa Teguise because of very severe back pain, which during 5 days and nights did not allow me to sleep or walk, and spoiled the whole life and vacation. I was barely able to get my car and to drive. The clinic solved these problems. After 2 days I was healthy!
I was very carefully examined by a good doctor, Ms. Leicy del Todo Avila, in agreement with me on the same day, in one hour, she invited the best specialist at the island of Lanzarote for the diagnosis. Having jointly diagnosed using an ultra-modern computer, they accurately established the diagnosis, gave an injection and prescribed medicines. It's great that the pharmacy is located 20 meters from the clinic, at the pharmacy was a fast service and all the necessary medicines. I have never received such a qualified, friendly and high-quality medical service in Germany.

Don't go there !!!! I think this is some kind of organized scam. We waited 8 days for our PCR to go back to the UK and we never had it. Fortunately for us, we had the chance to do it at the airport.

This type of place shouldn't exist. They clearly take advantage of the covid to make it business profitable for them. We paid 200€ to make our test and we never had the result. And clearly, dont think calling or going there will change anything. They have someone at the front desk trained not to answer questions and help you.

I can't believe some people actually benefit from this disease to make money. Shame on this place...
