Had the worst experience ever at a dentist. In short, Dr. Chris Swicord was extremely rough and he was only checking after a cleaning. He recommended that I needed a crown and I was not letting him do it. I went to another dentist and they recommended only a filling. So I saved over $1000 going to the second dentist. Must just be in it for the money.

I’ve had a very positive experience here thus far. Lydia at the front desk is very kind and personable and Dr. Flanagan is great! They were able to work me in last minute and are very professional. Would highly recommend going to Highland Dentistry.

I haven't been there in about 2 years but I'm so glad to come back. Kayla gave me a cleaning and X-ray's and prepared my treatment plan and I tell you she is so friendly and Professional. I will recommend new Clients here. The place is clean and everyone is so nice starting with the ladies at the front desk.

This dental office makes you feel at home and they really care. I have been using them for over 10 years now! I found them because of their Birmingham office that’s open on weekends for an emergency that I had when I had a cap break off- now that office is open for regular check ups and cleanings on Saturday for people who work thtough the week and don’t have to take off work to have dental work done they also take walk ins if you have an emergency over the weekends! They have helped me so many times and do outstanding work!

Highland Dentistry staff are always professional and friendly every visit that I have had through the years. My appointments are always on schedule and time is taken for any and all questions that I may have during any procedure. All the staff are caring making you feel relaxed and comfortable every visit. Dr. Swicord did a procedure on me yesterday and his gentle nature made me feel much better. When the procedure was over he was with another patient so we didn’t want to bother him to tell him good bye. As we left and was walking to our vehicle he came outside to tell us good bye. That’s the kind of doctor he is. Thank you Dr. Swicord. "
