I’ve had a great experience with this clinic. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and professional. They usually schedule my appointments for the same day, which is super convenient. I really appreciate how they take the time to answer my questions and make me feel comfortable. Highly recommended!

I was seen today from the beginning my appointment was scheduled incorrectly. Getting to my appointment, I assumed I would be getting my annual Pat smear and also discuss some other concerns that I had with a provider. The nurse practitioner, who I saw said that I would need to make a second appointment to be able to discuss concerns, I've never been to a provider where I was not able to discuss what issues or questions I was having. Just given a pat smear and showed out, I've been seen in this office in the past and had no problems(Dr P - who sadly is no longer there) over the last couple of years, but the patient care is definitely at ZERO. I felt like I was rushed and unheard. And the only way to get heard was to make another appointment so they can charge me another co pay, sad I won't be returning and hope others don't either, there are other providers who are patient first.

I figured I’d give them a try at a simple pelvic exam. Made an appointment, arrived early, waited an extra 45 minutes before even taking my copay. Then to the back room, to be told he’s running 45 minutes behind, finally met with the doctor, nice man, Sent me a referral, to later change the items needed on the referral. Later, I had to return to the doctor to receive a notice that we’re working on results for a case I have, charged me a $90 co-pay, for a sheet of paper stating we’re waiting on results. 4:15 appointment, arrived at 4:05, waited until 4:50 before I walked back up to the check in desk, to ask if I was checked in and ready to go, to be told oh we’re waiting to verify your insurance. I then pay my deductible, to be told they possibly can’t even give me the notice I’m needing. The nurse aids who assist the doctor, also couldn’t get my simple request noted. Will not be returning to this location, nor ownership.

I’ve been with Dr.Toledo for years, old office and this new office. He is a gem! Honest, caring and will actually have a conversation with you and hear you out. I appreciate him very much. The two physicians, Kat and Kat are also great. No complaints, they’re also caring and are willing to hear you out with concerns etc.

I have been coming here for the last couple of years and have never had any issues with the staff. However, today, check in was fine, the wait time was normal, and everything seemed to be going smoothly, but the nurse practitioner Kat was an unpleasant experience that no patient should have to deal with. She was very dismissive to everything I said, constantly citing my lack of insurance. I have been here in the past and know that I can pay cash for things such as bloodwork and X-rays, but today she simply told me, “I am not going to give you any treatment plan, as you don’t have insurance.” Again, never asking if I wanted to cash pay for anything. The rudeness and lack of interest in me as a patient will have me going elsewhere in the future.

I have been here many times and everything was fine. But that was over a year ago. Recently I made an appointment for pre-op paperwork. I waited at least 30 minutes past my appointment time to be taken to a room. I was 30 minutes early for my appointment because I don’t want to make them run late and I respect their time. When finally seen, they took my paperwork and said we will send in your referrals for xrays, ekg and bloodwork. So I waited around for an hour for them to take my paperwork. Why didn’t someone take my paperwork and tell me that when I got there, or when I made the appointment. I didn’t “see” the doctor. Then when I complained they didn’t put in the requests and I had to call back 3 times. Several weeks later, I have finally seen everyone and waited a week for paperwork to be sent to them before making another appointment to get a release for surgery. I was a respectful 20 minutes early for my appointment. I was not even called to the desk until i had been there for 30 minutes. 45 minutes past my appointment time, I was finally in a room. Only to find out they didn’t have releases from 2 offices. They called and got one and the other told them I was not a patient, I guess they didn’t give my correct information because when I called they found it and faxed it over. The faxing did take two calls from me and one from their staff. The staff person never gave me their name. I explained what I needed when I made the appointment , why did they not check to see they had all paperwork prior to my arrival. Finally, They tell me they will fill out the release and I could wait in the lobby. Ok. After waiting over 30 minutes, I had to ask the desk staff and find out my paperwork was sitting there waiting for them to call me. I was in this office for 2 hours and 50 minutes. Probably would have been longer if I hadn’t asked for my paperwork.
I go into every appointment I have with a positive attitude and a smile. I respect their time and show up early. I have left here twice feeling abused and uncared for. My time means nothing to them. The office seems very disorganized and incompetent. I do not plan to return.

So far so good I been going to them for over a year now, and now I’m expecting my 4th child and dr T is great my primary NP Dado is great I love her the office is great sometimes a little slow but it doesn’t bother me I’ve never had anyone be rude to me.

Great service , the MAs are very friendly and knowledgeable. I have been trying for years to get pregnant. I met with PA Seleek and he put me and my husband on hormone therapy (clomid) along with other medications and by my second cycle I was pregnant. We are due in July a little girl. I am very pleased with the care I was given and will continue to refer friends and family.
