The Dr will not cancel my payment plan with Cherry Servicing LLP. I informed the office that I couldn’t afford to get the cosmetic dentures for my mom since Medicare doesn’t cover cosmetic procedures. My mom is in a medical facility which all of her annuity check goes to the facility to care for her. I contacted the Long Beach office they state the cancellation takes 2 weeks. When I call Cherry they state that isn’t correct and if the office doesn’t know how to use the portal to call them for assistance. Then the excuse was the Dr isn’t in the office to approve the cancellation. Then when I call back to speak to Lourdes the office manager I’m told she’s off from work sick with Covid. So I gave it some time so she could heal, but when I called back they state she’s no longer with the company. Next I receive a text stating I owe a payment to the Norwalk office. I called and spoke to Myra and she promised that she would cancel and refund me when she was at the Long Beach office. Just so happen that Monday was a holiday so I didn’t expect a call. I did expect to receive a cal the following Monday. But again no resolution. I haven’t received an apology from either office. When I called Cherry again to complain the representative called herself to speak with Myra. Myra then stated it will take two more weeks. I’ll tell you one thing. I’m a child of God and doesn’t play with his children. People sometimes do unethical things for employment. But we must always remember only what you do for Christ will last. This isn’t over I’m reaching out to every one that I can to get this taken care of and to expose this business greed over a 78 years old woman that can’t afford cosmetic dentures. I pray every person involved repents because God see’s all. Take my advice go the opposite way when looking for a dentist. This all started August 2024 and it’s now November 27,2024. And I have to pay until it’s resolved or my credit score is at risk of dropping.

I have been attending this clinic for cleanings over the past two years, and initially, the experience was adequate for routine care. However, recently, appointments are consistently delayed, often because the office prioritizes "emergencies," likely for higher revenue. They only inform you about the delay after you arrive, even if you've rescheduled due to a previous delay. The head dentist also attempted to pressure me into Invisalign with a questionable claim about my teeth shifting. On top of that, they mishandled billing for my second cleaning this year, making me pay out of pocket. After they took my payment, they conveniently told me I’d need to wait an additional 30 minutes to be seen.

As a working-class resident of Long Beach, I find this incredibly rude and unprofessional. I have since asked the front desk (Lourdes) to remove my records from this sorry excuse for a dentist office. Avoid this place at all costs—they’ve entered the realm of “sketchy dentists” who prioritize profit over patients.

I love this office! I drive from Simi valley so I don’t have to change dentists! I recently had an implant put in and everything went perfectly! The docs are great, the staff is great, and the dental processes are very gentle! I had zero pain through the implant process! I highly recommend this dental office!
