Es terrible. No tiene sentido esperar tanto por una cita sii al final no respetan el horario. Yo estoy en san clemete y llego 40 minutos antes y todavia pasa. A otro nino esto me ocurrio 3 veses no volvere ahi aun q me refieran. El doc de san juan. Es lo peor de lo peor

My kiddos been going here a while. I overall like the service here for kids with disabilities however, as of recently, I have been trying to make him an appointment for three weeks. I have called several times and cannot get through to anybody. I’ve selected the callback feature and do not get a callback. I have tried waiting on hold for upwards of 45 minutes just to be disconnected when it answers email and messaged on Instagram and have been unable to make an appointment for my child in anyway and cannot get through to anybody for weeks of trying daily. I have never had this issue before my child has been going here for years. Whatever it is that they have going on New is not working out. I’m only leaving this review so they could see the problem as I have not been able to get a hold of them in any other capacity hopefully they see this

I brought my daughter here because she needed dental work done under general anesthesia and as a mom who was putting her child to sleep for the first time i was nervous and scared. The moment I walked in everyone was reassuring and the anesthesiologist and Dentist were amazing. They made the experience a great one for my daughter despite everything she had done. They gave me updates before and after the procedure and made me feel at ease. My daughter loved this office and I cant thank them enough for taking care of my baby. After she woke up she did amazing and had minimal pain, this is a couple hrs after her surgery.

It was disappointing. The clinic did not appear clean. The female hygienist and dentist, came across as rude and unprofessional. It left such a negative impression that I wouldn’t consider returning. In contrast, mobile dental services have been much better in my experience. Male dentists, in particular, seem to provide superior care and professionalism.

My children and I love Healthy Smiles of OC in Garden Garden Grove. It's saddened us they're moving to Santa Ana. Unfortunately, It will be hectic for me to commute from west Anaheim to Santa Ana to take my kids for their appoinments. We'll definitely miss the stuff, workers, and dentist who have serve our kids these many years. YOU ARE ALL THE VERY BEST! Thank you and All the best!
