I just wanna say that. I’m so happy and glad to be in this Hospital. After I burn myself. Take care of me so much that I feel so happy. Every way they help me out. Treat me with love and care. If I could give a negative rating I would. My friend MM has been hospitalized at Kendall Regional in Miami, Florida since December 24, 2025 due to bilateral pulmonary emboli with right heart strain. His initial evaluation and immediate attention was amazing. He proceeded to IR for thrombectomy and things were rolling smoothly. However since hospital admission the tide has changed. Maybe if he was Cuban he’d receive better care. Since admission his anticoagulation (Heparin drip) was misdosed x 12 hours. I have yet to see a Nurse or Hospitalist listen to his lungs , heart, or do a vascular check on his lower extremities. He hasn’t been out of bed because nursing says it “physical therapy” job to get them up and walking. Pain management has been poor. Two 650 mg Tylenol for groin, leg, scrotal pain. And no reassessment. How about some compassion? Lack of communication, coordination between ICU, Hospitalist, Nursing, and techs. Tech walked in and said MM was “quarantined”. That was news coming from an untrained tech. Food safety is poor. Been cold and late each time. The Nurses and staff need to speak English. I have notified the ICU Charge Nurse, Nursing Supervisor, and 5th floor Nurse Manager. And I will continue to express my concerns and elevate them to Hospital administration.

We had an outstanding experience at Kendall Regional Medical Center. My elderly father was recently an inpatient and received exceptional medical care paired with genuine compassion.

Dr. Karina Diaz, his first attending physician; Dr. Lourdes Bosch, his pulmonologist; and Dr. Ruiz Castaneda, his second attending physician, each took personal interest in his case. They spent the time to review his history thoroughly, answer all our questions, and ensure he received the precise care he needed. Their dedication and professionalism were truly above and beyond. We were so impressed that we plan for my father to continue seeing Dr. Bosch as an outpatient.

His nurses and staff were equally remarkable—patient, attentive, and consistently responsive to his needs and our concerns. The level of care at Kendall Regional far exceeded what we have experienced at other local hospitals.

I want to express my deepest gratitude to the Endoscopy Team at Kendall Regional Hospital for the outstanding care they provided to my mom, Madeline. From the moment we arrived, we felt surrounded by compassion, professionalism, and genuine kindness.

A special thank you to **Dr. Suarez**, the amazing GI doctor, whose expertise and calm demeanor immediately put us at ease. The exceptional nursing team — **Jessica Delgado, Jose Rodriguez, Jaime Martínez, Armando León, and Ilanna** — treated my mom with such warmth and respect that it truly touched our hearts.

We are also so grateful to **CRNA Bermúdez** and **CRNA Lisette**, who worked together to make my mom comfortable and even managed to get her vein so gently and skillfully.

In that department, you truly breathe peace. Everyone works with harmony and heart, making patients and families feel safe and cared for. Thank you all for turning what could have been a stressful experience into one filled with reassurance and kindness.

I had an excellent experience at HCA Kendall, especially on Ortho 4 West. From start to finish, the care was outstanding.

Teddy, the director, was incredibly attentive, supportive, and present throughout my stay. You can tell he truly cares about his patients and his team.

The pre-op team was awesome. My surgical RN was amazing as well, explaining everything clearly and making me feel safe and comfortable.

Even the transport team and tech were friendly, professional.

Overall, I’m very grateful for the care I received. Highly recommend Kendall HCA and the Ortho 4 West team!

I recently had hand surgery with Dr. Mir at Kendall Hospital, and I want to share how impressed and grateful I am for the care I received.

At registration, Thaime and Yuliza were exceptional. They greeted me with kindness, helped me through the process smoothly, and made me feel at ease right from the start. Their positive attitude and professionalism set the tone for the rest of my experience.

In the PAT department, nurse Grethel provided outstanding care. She was attentive, thorough, and very comforting while going over all the pre-operative details. Her calm manner helped reduce a lot of stress.

In Pre-Op, Michael García made the biggest impact on me. His approach was genuine, reassuring, and extremely supportive. Michael took the time to explain everything clearly, checked on how I was feeling, and made sure I was completely prepared before heading into surgery. His dedication and the way he treats patients truly stand out—he made a stressful moment feel much lighter.

Once in the operating room, Dr. Mir and his team were excellent. They were focused, efficient, and made me feel confident in the care I was receiving.

I’m truly thankful to each person who crossed my path that day. Their kindness, patience, and professionalism made a difficult experience so much more manageable.

Reviews as the one I'm going to give can actually save a person's life! I've been in and out of hospitals for the last couple of years and I have had the best and the worst of nurses! Has anybody ever really take the time out how to review a nurse's obligation to a patient as she chose this work field as a way to support their lives! I've gotten to know many and they don't do it for the money they do it for the love of helping people that's what makes them so special and for this one nurse I am privileged who had the honor of crossing her path as as a health health professional in the fields of nursing she had made my life so much more functionable and easy for me that she is one of the main reasons I am getting better! To me she is my doctor and my nurse doctors never seem to have enough time to talk to you and she does take that time to talk to me to explain to me whatakingresponsibilities and that is why I feel it's my responsibility hesitation that she be recognized for her outstanding performance as a nurse,her name is Liaimys Llanes not only is she is the cutest little nurse that you'll ever meet her smile will brighten up your day! And I think that every patient that goes to a hospital and has a remarkable experience good or bad it should be told for they are the core 4-our rehabilitation yours sincerely and everlasting friend your patient Edward Negron I know that you will be changing many many people's lives keep up the fantastic work that you are doing your parents must be so so proud of you I am for sure proud of you

I have always have been a patient with Baptist this was my first time at an HCA maternity unit. I was blown away with the hospitality, everyone I came across was helpful, knowing and caring. I do want to put the spot light on 3 of my nurses that were spectacular. Gabriela (delivery & recovery) was with me every step of the way, kept me calm and made the experience much better. Nurses Caridad and Jeannine both were so helpful and loving. Recognized when I needed help at the moments when I needed it most. Also a tech named Georgina, so attentive and kind. Overall a great hospital experience, the food was good. I was there the week of thanksgiving.
