I had to come in for a gastroscopy this afternoon, and I just wanted to thank the staff, especially the anaesthesiologist that worked with me. I have a very intense fear of needles and I was a bit of a mess, but everything went very smoothly and quickly, from sedation to recovery. Thank you so much for your care and patience. Unfortunately, with the state I was in, I now can’t recall the name of the professional who worked with me, but I just wanted to leave this here regardless, because I’m really grateful. If I ever have to undergo any sedated procedures here again, I’ll definitely feel way more at ease.

I came here for the first time over a year ago. Being from the United States where healthcare is at its finest, I found HC Hospital FANTASTIC. Everything from making appointments on WhatsApp which is ridiculously convenient to the doctors who are amazing. Having had to stay four days in the hospital I can attest the food here is AMAZING! Who is responsible for the five star culinary experience? WOW!

I stayed one night after surgery. The night staff is terrible. One man shouting from another room for one hour, and the staff didn't come. To me, they were just rude—particularly, a nurse by the name Beatrice. Telling me off for asking for water. In the morning, someone stole my charger I accidentally left at checkout.

The doctor who did my surgery and his assistant are amazing. 5 stars to them.

But I wouldn't recommend staying the night, or make sure you leave nothing behind.

I visited this clinic for preoperative tests and clearly mentioned several times that I needed the results the same day, as my surgery is in 7 days. They assured me everything would be ready, but after paying €370, I never received the results that day.

When I contacted them, they just told me to “wait until tomorrow.” They also tried to add unnecessary extra charges, which I had to point out myself.

Very unprofessional and unreliable service, especially for something as important as medical tests before surgery. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone who expects seriousness and responsibility.

I am extremely disappointed with my boyfriend’s experience at this hospital. Despite running numerous tests, the medical team did not listen to his symptoms. He underwent an unnecessary surgery and was given incorrect post-operative instructions, which only made his condition worse. After spending $2,000, he is now feeling worse than ever, and three weeks later, we still don’t know what’s wrong. Attempts to contact the hospital for follow-up have been ignored.

The hospital is located in a very quaint area , lots of trees . You don’t feel like in the hospital. Clean and quite . Not busy like normal hospital. very exclusive. Desirée at the front helped me a lot . I contacted her by WhatsApp .she replied very fast . The owner is very nice . That is reason she has a great team . The radiologist is very friendly.

I had my blood taken at this clinic today, and it was an awful experience. The nurse was extremely unprofessional - she completely messed up my arm, the blood wouldn’t stop flowing, and the pain was unbearable. She sat there with an indifferent face while I was screaming in pain, showing no empathy at all!!!
On top of that, I have Sanitas insurance, and they told me it didn’t cover the test, which is a lie - my insurance definitely covers this kind of procedure. I’m very disappointed with the service and the attitude. Be careful and avoid this place!

Yesterday i underwent a Fusion transperineal prostate biopsy from dr Fernandez Montero Jose Manuel. I want to express my deepest thanks to the doctor and to all his team. Their true smile comes from confidence, professionalism and above all caring for the patient. I left the Hospital feeling very good for my choice of dr. Fernandez who i highly reccomend to everyone with a prostate situation. For me as a seaman and a long way from home he made all the difference with his sientific and human approach. The same goes for your EXCELLENT Hospital and all your staff. The only complain i have, is that the letters in your nametags are too small and i cannot thank personnally everyone!!! These photos in the garden is to remind me how tranquile and calm i felt just seating there and listening to the blrds. It is the best way to prepare for any medical procedure and feel that everything is going to be fine!
