After the office cancelled two of my cleanings in a row and kept offering to reschedule two months later, I decided it was time to change dentists. When requesting my records/x-rays they told me it would cost me $150 to be sent over to another dentist. Not to mention I was repeatedly overcharged to the point that I had a credit balance that paid for all my services for nearly two years. They should have refunded my money back when they noticed the overcharge.

I’d rather pay $68 out of pocket for the new dentist.
