The staff here is so friendly and welcoming! Doctors are knowledgeable and used some pretty state of the art equipment to get my retainer remade quickly and fit up perfectly the first time. Cleanings are quick and thorough and have been better than some other dental offices. All in all very happy with my choice to come here for dental work!

Every experience has been frustrating. Delays from first check to surgery. I was sent to another office 30 minutes away for the actual removal. The finance office doesn't even know what the procedure entails (which causes billing discrepancies). There was no follow up (not even a phone call). They say that they've tried mailing me, but who knows where any of it has gone, because I haven't received anything.
And to top it all off their "collection agency" told me to send a check through the mail to New York that was nearly triple what I owed. I googled the "collection agency" and nothing came up. Not even through the Better Business Bureau. So the next time he called, I asked if I would receive an itemized receipt, only for him to laugh and say "no". I told him that all this seems very illegitimate, and he told me to shut up and that I should be worried about my credit score.
