Yes, agree with all review here as well. I have been calling to get some answers before heading to my appointment, and NO one answers the phone. Last time, I saw at least three ladies at the front desk, so I don't understand why they let the phones ring. I'll find out on my coming up appointment and will definitely let the doctor know about it. Other than that, Dr. Woods is great!

I go to this dentistry primarily and I just received ghetto service today. I called this lady once to schedule an appointment and she scheduled the wrong day. I thought it was a miscommunication, so I just called again and tried to schedule a week earlier and she hung up on me 3 times. On the last time I called she put me on hold and when she got off of hold she just hung up on me. So I rolled up there, lol I’m crazy like that. I was being passive aggressive but mostly nice… the lady told me it was scheduled on the day that I asked. I don’t know why the lady didn’t tell me over the phone … GHETTO SERVICE.

Excellent service was provided. Dr. Woodrick and his team did an excellent job reviewing my dental plan and he answered all of my questions. The entire team is always courteous, informative, friendly. It is always my pleasure to do business with the team at Great Expressions in Fayetteville (Lanier Rd) location. They helped me tremendously rid my fears of seeking dental services. Thank you ?

It’s really unfortunate that Dr. Reid couldn’t finish what he started in my mouth but I wish him the best b/c he’s the best! However,I wish I could have kept his assistant Angel b/c she brings me comfort and if you guys can put me back with her that would be cool. I’ve been coming there for 10 yrs. now w/ a 45 min. commute and this next procedure will determine it all!

Front desk and especially check out employees not good customer contact people. Unfriendly and answer in very short sentences as if they couldn’t be bothered. Hygienist very nice and personable but cleaning was very uncomfortable and very different from my visits with my prior dentist. Water was always available at arms length but not in this office. It was uncomfortable and hard to keep swallowing salt solution. New dental plan did not accept previous dentist. Will be looking for different dental solutions. The hygienist is the only person that was excellent but not the procedure.

Dr. Woodrick and his team were pleasant and professional during my care. They made sure that I was comfortable all while getting my cavity filled. Admin insured an affordable rate for my care and making appointments was easy. Great job guys!
