My children have been patient of Dr. Sullivan’s office for a long time, meaning since the oldest of my kids was 2, they are now 11 to 15.
Everything has changed for the worse in this office since Dr. Sullivan hired this new office manager. This lady mistreat and discriminate patients, we being one of those.
We book appointments for all 5 children all the time, you expect enough time and space for 5 children appointments but this office doesn’t have enough chairs for all, even though the space is ample.
They overbooked patients all the time, and on my last visit while taking care of two of my children a new family (white family) arrived.
The office manager (also white) came up to my kids and asked them to get up and give the chairs to the new family, but why? My kids were being the patiens at the moment.
We are a Hispanic family we never get to feel discriminated, but in this case concede our seats to the new patients was just one instance that she made me feel this way.
Also, be aware If you have state insurance this office "casually" make mistakes and charge your insurance for services they didn’t provide. Around two time I was charged for x-rays we didn't get.
Always review your claims.
This used to be a nice it’s sad that now its not.

Awesome! Took my 10 year old for cleaning and cavities. The office was clean and efficient. Each chair had its own TV. The staff was friendly and welcoming . My son was very nervous but the Dentist and her assistant were patient , encouraging and talked him through everything . Best children’s dentist I’ve ever been to!

This is a wonderful office my friend an I both agree ...Best place for kids.. All the people from the front office to. The back are so incredibly knowledgeable an friendly... Most of all they are efficient an caring....Would not take my kids anywhere else an would definitely lead anyone searching for Pediatric Dentist....Look no further than Dr Sullivan's office....I am familiar with many moms who bring their kids here....A real 💎 gem

We love Dr. Sullivan and her staff. They are so sweet and do a great job with the kids. They also do a fantastic job with scheduling! We're never in a crowded waiting room waiting for hours, they get you in at your appt time so you can move on with the rest of your day. ( I really appreciate that especially with 3 kids in tow)

All of my children go here. It is truly such a wonderful place. The staff are always very helpful, Dr. Sullivan is absolutely great. I’m so thankful to have such a great dentist for my kids! I highly recommend.

This is a wonderful pediatric dental office. The front desk staff is friendly, helpful and welcoming. Dr. Sullivan and her staff are very caring and nice to the children. She provides the care children need, no up-selling. I was so glad when we found this office.

So pleased with my choice to come here. My son had a really bad tooth. It was practically crumbling away. They were able to get it fixed quickly without him shedding a tear. I'm glad that despite the severity of the problem my child isn't petrified of going to the dentist but proud of himself.

Staff is very helpful and friendly.
