This was a very uncomfortable first appointment. I scheduled my appointment through zocdoc, because I have out of state insurance. I scheduled my appointment with a female doctor (purposfully).

The woman at the front desk was great. She helped me figure out my insurance and what was covered.

I wish that when the first assistant that took me back for x-rays, they spoke to me about what this appointment was going to be, what they were going to do. Their x-ray machines are very old school, definitely need to upgrade some of their technology. It’s also quite dirty. Most of my time spent here was spent waiting in the chair.

I scheduled an appointment with a female doctor and was placed with a man (this is fine but I wish I would’ve been informed at the beginning of the appointment). He BARELY looked at my teeth and x-rays and only found a cavity because I asked him about a specific spot. Then he told me not to worry about it because it’s little. And then he asked if I wanted braces. He gave me absolutely zero confidence in his ability as a doctor or this practice.

Then a female hygienist (very nice) asked I wanted a cleaning today because it was covered. I said yes. Very bizarre, she polished and then flossed my teeth. Then the male doctor came back for what I believe is an ultrasonic cleaning (water floss basically) and this was just insane. The water was spraying all over my face, the hygienist was wiping my face and neck down as he continued cleaning. It was comical how much water was spraying into the room.

The convenience of weekend appointments isn’t worth it for me. It was fine but the most bizarre dentist office I have ever been to.

The place is clean and full of great staff. From scheduling my visit and having my insurance verified, they know what they’re doing. Upon arrival, Annie took my x-rays with the newest tech and she was so sweet and put all my nerves at ease. Thank you Gold Coast!

I went there today because I had some pain in my tooth and I saw that they had a special for a free initial exam and a x-rays (as well as a cleaning for $49). I mostly went because I was worried about something going on with my tooth. From the front office staff, to the hygienist and doctor herself, it was the best treatment ever. Mind you, the special they have for new patients was free ($49 if you got the cleaning, no insurance required) and I was treated amazingly - so you can tell everyone working there was genuinely interested in making sure you felt cared for. Both the doctor and hygienist went through all the x-rays with me, explained everything in detail and had great bedside manner. I highly recommend them!

First office visit and any worries I had were immediately snubbed. They provided a very comfortable and friendly environment. Erica was very professional, attentive, and thorough in explaining the procedures and handling any questions or concerns I had. This made my experience all the better. Highly recommend!

A bit of a pitfall, deep dental cleaning appointment dental hygienist actually broke the appointment, and then let the doctor wash, but I do not know if it is a doctor, only took less than half an hour to wash, wash very sloppy, the doctor seems to be very anxious, very impatient.

Dr Zechariah helped me on a SUNDAY AFTERNOON !!! My pain was unbearable due to whole in tooth from crown falling out in Nov2023. My old dentist didn't repair and my insurance changed for 2024 and old dentist said it wasn't covered anymore. Why me I moved and had to find another dentist. I was put on antibiotics in March after waiting for authorization Forever with HMO
Pain returned with a vengeance in May
My dentist voicemail was full and office closed so I looked up emergency DDS
and found Gold Coast Dental
They hand me stronger antibiotic and it kicked in the pain after 24hrs
