Great service! 3 dentists in Van Nuys declined to put a crown, they told me that it was impossible, all they wanted is to do implants, which are very expensive! And Dr. Ira Hill did an amazing Job putting a new crown! Very friendly place. I'm very satisfied with the service.I definitely recommend it.

"I highly advise against visiting Dr. Oboah's dental practice. My experience with her was nothing short of disappointing. From start to finish, she consistently made mistakes and showed a lack of professionalism. It was clear that she did not prioritize the well-being of her patients. I left feeling frustrated and let down by her subpar dental services. I cannot stress enough how important it is to avoid this dentist at all costs. Save yourself the trouble and find a more competent and reliable dental professional." They can’t do implants properly or root canals . They are very below sub standard See poor quality service pics below . As you can see they broke dental tools in my gums and hid it from me. Another dentist took an X-ray and told me about broken dental tools I went to another dentist. He removed all the broken dental tool pieces from my gums and did a great job on my root canal . Global dental sent me to the other dentist to do the root canal. Horrible experience.

If I could give zero I would. After being a patient for a year, I will ultimately not be going back. You arrive to your appointment, to be waiting over 1 hour to 1 hour 1/2 just to be serviced. The staff takes their time and does not attend patients in a timely matter.

I initially got my procedures done here because it was close to where I used to live. I never understood their prices though. I got my wisdom removed here plus a deep cleaning between other procedures. My insurance showed a different charge every time and things just never made sense, on top of that I had to pay out of pocket. It got weirder when they tried to tell me I needed a deep cleaning again. I had just gotten one not even two months prior, but they swore I didn't get a deep cleaning done. Like I magically imagined them numbing my whole mouth for the deep cleaning, right? When you ask the front for a breakdown, they give you this face of annoyance and it makes you feel bad for wanting to know what you are paying for.
On top of that dentists walk in and out of the room rushing and it just makes the whole experience weird. I now go to another dentist where prices make sense, and I am just upset at myself for wasting so much money at global. If you are reading this, please take your time and make some research, there are very good dentists in the area.
