Initially I was trying to find a new dentist after having a bad experience at another. I came in for exam and oral x-rays with Dr. Bryan and she was very pleasant to work with and professional so I came back for a deep cleaning. The front staff is very helpful and so is the dental assistant. It can be difficult to schedule appointments due to phone lines being busy sometimes but once you get through very easy to get scheduled. They also offer payment options which is a big plus if you cannot afford to pay a lot of money out of pocket for dental work. So far I’m very happy with this dental office and will be coming back for future dental work!

This review pertains to a visit on Thurs, Feb 20th and was my second visit to date. I was moved by how happy the staff I encountered during my visit were to be working at Gentle Dental. I found them to be energetic, courteous, professional, and very accommodating and willing to adapt to my needs. I plan to continue having Gentle Dental of Santa Rosa care for my dental needs.

I came in as a first time patient and had a last minute request. They were able to accommodate me and my son and it really made a world of difference of a difference. All the staff was kind, it was the best dental experience we have had yet!

I had an emergency which I made clear to the lady I made the appointment with. She was really nice and helpful. They got me in 5 days later (today) at 8 am when they open. I get a text from them that they had to cancel my appointment at 7:54am while I am already in their parking lot. While I understand emergencies happen and my dr was out, the lady on the phone that called me back to reschedule says the soonest appointment was November 6th. She was so unhelpful and didn't seem to care that this was an emergency on my end that I already had to wait too long. I do not recommend this place and if you need help you might as well be your own dentist.

Had a good experience getting to know this group of great professionals. Front desk was very knowledgeable and we shared some laughs. Tech was funny and caring, Doc was kind and gentle no pun intended, when checking with those aggressive tools. Overall 10/10

Everyone was so incredibly sweet except Jackie in the front desk was so incredibly unprofessional. She was so unprofessional from the start. When I asked to speak to the manager she hung up the call and I felt so uncomfortable with the way she was talking to me as if she woke up on the wrong side of the bed.
