I had an excellent experience during my recent visit to this dental clinic. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted promptly and politely by the Manager Soledad , who was very kind and professional.

Dr. María did an outstanding job with my dental cleaning and cavity treatment, showcasing a high level of professionalism and dedication. Additionally, I want to highlight the care provided by the dental assistants, Kim and Julio, who were attentive, respectful, and ensured I felt comfortable at all times.

The clinic’s atmosphere is impeccable and reflects a commitment to care and excellence. I highly recommend this place 100% for any dental treatment. An amazing team!

I initially contacted this office for a dental emergency, I was in so much pain and they were able to see me immediately! The staff are so friendly and accommodating. Solidad is the sweetest and so helpful, I am always happy to see her! The office is very clean and the technology is advanced, so much so that my appointments are thorough and quick. I’ve had several appointments and plan to bring my family in for treatments as well. I highly recommend this office because they are such a pleasure to work with!

Very disappointing!! After booking appointments for my family of four and having them confirm our insurance with two representatives, we were told at the office that we are “Not in the system.” The woman at the front showed ZERO sympathy, even after I told her that HER company confirmed our insurance twice. When I asked if they can call and straighten it out the reply was “Our appointment setting office does not confirm insurance.” ? “You can call.” Why did two representatives say otherwise? Thank goodness MetLife Dental was able to immediately assign that office to our family and we kept the appointments. I also confirmed prior to the visit that the sole reason for the appointment was for a regular cleaning, not a deep cleaning even if it is recommended by the dentist. The dentist outright refused to perform a regular cleaning for my wife after we refused her recommendation for the Deep cleaning. I too refused the deep cleaning but was able to get the regular cleaning. When asked why they cannot do the same for my wife, a non-native English speaker, I was told, “We cannot do a regular cleaning.” $180 for a deep cleaning or nothing Reply. Scraping the plaque and polishing her teeth as requested was not “possible”. As soon as we refused the recommended service their attitude changed. Just as the receptionists attitude went from cold indifference to welcoming acceptance once the insurance was approved, the attitude went from ”How can we help” to “Let’s get these people out of here as soon as possible” My daughter also said water was sprayed all over her face during a rushed cleaning without a word or tissue to wipe her face. Very unprofessional. I understand business but this was egregious unprofessionalism. I would recommend staying away from this his office at all costs.

Dr Maria acherman is one the best dentist one can ever have in care team. She listens to patient’s concerns thoroughly and develops a plan that caters to prevention and best suits to one’s problem. She pays extra attention and is very careful in administering treatment too. Highly recommend her !

Gentle Dental provides excellent dental care. Dr. Safaei was great! She's a really nice person and kept asking if I was comfortable and/or felt any pain. I kept telling her I wasn't feeling any pain and felt comfortable, but she continued to make sure I was okay. She also insists on providing the highest quality care, which I appreciate. I realize now my previous dentist wasn't as committed to quality care as Dr. Safaei. She kept my visit light and friendly. Going to the dentist is generally not my idea of a good time, but it turned out really good.

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Salina Safaei She was incredibly patient and warm towards me, which made me feel very comfortable. She also took the time to explain everything related to my dental issue in a way that was easy to understand. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better dentist. I highly recommend Dr. Salina Safaei if you need a good dentist.

I had an amazing experience! Dr. Safaei provided quality care while being warm and reassuring. I was able to get both dental work and orthodontic work in one appointment, which was extremely convenient. Won't be going to any other doctor!

My husband Rudy Villegas and I are very happy and extremely satisfied with the dental care we have received from Dr. Safaei and assistant Julio, hygienists Zora and Jenny.
The clinic staff, Julie, Jackie, Zara (?) had been very helpful.
I find this new team very patient friendly.
My husband is brave. I am the anxious one so Dr. Safaei has allowed my husband to stay with me during any procedure. That was very comforting.
I rate this dental team double than the standard rating....yes a 10 star! and I sincerely mean it.
God is so good for having this team perform
at their best.
