Pleasant staff. What I liked most was their honesty, especially with my insurance coverage. I wasn't aware of some information and they helped me understand what services were covered, how I can take advantage of the services, and so on. Dr. Michelle De La Vega is very nice. I enjoy our conversations. She was also kind, comforting, and funny. The office is located in a 'seasoned' 2-story building in the heart of downtown Santa Clara. It's surrounded by multiple business, like bubble tea, restaurants, post-office, comic store, bars, etc. My husband will also begin to have dental work done by Genesis Dentistry.

I cannot thank this dental office enough for their incredible care and kindness. I was dealing with a swollen gum, and even though I wasn’t an existing patient, they didn’t hesitate to take me in on short notice. From the moment my husband and I called, the staff was warm, understanding, and accommodating. They made me feel like a priority despite not being on their patient list, which speaks volumes about their dedication to helping people in need.

Their willingness to go above and beyond for someone who wasn’t even their patient shows how much they truly care about their community. This experience has made me want to become a regular patient because I know I can trust them with my dental care. Genesis Dentistry is highly recommended because of its people. Dr. Michelle de la Vega and her associates are all generous, courteous, and professional. There are too many narcissistic, gold-digging, and ultra-ego dental offices in San Jose region. This office is not. Overall, its CS is exceptional and the whole team is great.

I have been going to Genesis Dentistry since 2010 with Dr. Michelle de la Vega as my Dentist. I have referred some of my friends and we really like her service as well as her whole staff. She also has a list of very competent specialists/consultants. Whenever I have a scheduled cleaning/procedure, I allot extra time for our catch up chatting. I commute 56 miles from home to their office but I will never go to other Dental Office anymore.

Came for Invisalign consultation and gave me a great price and plan. I’m done and so happy with the results. It was easy and painless. Everyone is friendly and the office is relaxing. I highly recommend this dentistry. My brother and sister have both come for Invisalign recently and are happy.

That’s it! I’m gonna eat tons of candy with sweet fizzy soft drinks, just so I can come visit more often! No longer are there jokes about “I’d rather get my teeth drilled than (fill-in-the-blank). Michelle’s teeth cleaning is Buttery Soft. The whirring of polishers and drills a Symphony to my ears! Every visit feels like, she’s a “Surgeon, and I’m Touched for the very First Time”! Brava!!! Gg
