Made appointments for both myself and my boyfriend. Same time different days.
Just tried to go to my appointment and was told there’s no record of either. I’ve also called multiple times to make sure there’s updated insurance info and no one got back to me.
I guess it wouldn’t be a big deal if I was rewarded for showing up with a real appointment. Don’t these kinds of places usually charge if you fail to show up?
Really disappointing service. I guess I’ll look elsewhere.

Dr Futch and his team are amazing! Super friendly and informative. I was really impressed with the laser treatment they recommended with my deep cleaning. In the past I had to take Ibuprofen for a day or so afterwards because my teeth were sore from the cleaning. To my surprise the laser took that discomfort away totally! No more Ibuprofen afterwards. I highly recommend Dr Futch and his team to my family and friends!

Like Barbara Land, I was a patient of Dr. Pastrell prior to his retirement and Dr. Futch taking over the practice. Transitioning a medical practice to another doctor can be challenging and takes time to earn the trust of existing patients. Dr. Pastrell was a wonderful dentist with a terrific sense of humor. I always felt well cared for and trusted him enormously. He was not an easy act to follow, but Dr. Futch seems to have transitioned seamlessly into his new practice.
Over the years I have had extensive dental work from root canals, crowns, fillings to gum surgery and then some resulting in PTSD and don’t easily trust. With his easygoing manner and “I got this” attitude and genuine interest in his patients, I have come to trust and respect Dr. Futch implicitly. He always takes time to explain what my options are and I never feel rushed. And because of that, I relax when I know I’m in good hands. Just the other day, I went to see Dr. Futch to replace a crown. When I tell you I didn’t feel a thing, I mean it…and what a surprise. That has never happened in the 60 years I’ve been treated for dental procedures.
Not only is Dr. Futch a great dentist, but he surrounds himself with a very professional staff including Trish, his meticulous hygienist. A special shoutout to Stephanie, an amazing dental assistant who was with Dr. Pastrell and has put me at ease prior to any procedure many times.
I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Futch. Call him. You won’t be sorry.

Futch Dental is an excellent business. Dr. Futch is very friendly and clearly knows his business. The front desk staff is welcoming and hygienists Ivy and Esmeralda are friendly and professional. They did a great job cleaning my teeth. Highly recommended.

In early September, as a new patient, Futch absolutely refused to perform simple prophylaxis unless and until I first allowed them to perform deep clean scaling procedure. Was told by both hygienist and Futch that first performing prophylaxis would reduce/eliminate effectiveness of deep clean and would also make deep cleaning procedure more difficult for hygienist. I left the office stunned and extremely disappointed that I’d used my dental benefit for 2023 and still had not received a cleaning.

Fast forward to November. I made an appointment for after first of the year with another dentist. Went to Futch to cancel future deep clean appointments and request x-rays be forwarded to new provider. Then and only then did Futch decide to bill for services (not) rendered in September.

I may be wrong, and if so would like to be enlightened, but I’ve NEVER been told that a prophylactic clean would negatively impact deep clean such that a deep clean necessarily had to be performed first. It felt like a money grab to be honest. And the office now submitting a claim more than 2 months in arrears because I found another provider feels spiteful and petty. Do not recommend.
