This is by far the best dental experience I have ever had. Everyone is not only courteous and friendly, but also genuinely good at what they do, from reception and billing to Dr. Alkordy and Dr. Franck. For those scared of the dentist - this is the practice for you. They are gentle, considerate, and patient.

What stands out to me the most about Franck Family Dental is how gentle the hygienist and the dentist are. They clean my teeth with care and the multiple times I have needed a filling the dentist was extremely skilled. I remember as a child my mouth would be swollen and numb the rest of the day after a filling. Dr. Franck uses the correct amount of novicane and is gentle and precise so I feel normal again shortly after leaving the office. They have greatly reduced my fear and stress about dental visits. Thank you ❤️

Franck Family Dental is a great practice. Dr. Alkordy is my dentist and she is exceptional. She is very knowledgeable about all aspects of dentistry and has a very gentle touch. I highly recommend her and the whole practice. Everyone there is so kind and attentive.

Always felt rushed and judged when I went in. I was getting a cavity fixed at one point and the numbing didn’t work the first time. Franck’s team then kept injecting the Novocain multiple times without leaving enough time in between for it to actually set in. Had to just bear through the pain for the remainder of the procedure, as they (unsure if it was Dr. Franck or Dr. Alkordy) seemed frustrated at me, as the patient, for still feeling pain. I also still have tooth pain in that spot. They didn’t seem to care to fix these problems or make their patients feel comfortable and accepted
