Unfortunately something that started so nice end ed so horribly before summer could even come up. I was on the fast track at first I had a few silver feelings. All turned to white ones but then I was forced with the dental plan against my will. And then they made a partial plate when I insisted I didn't want to waste time on getting implants, that did not fit at all. They immediately froze contact with me. They have the rude as secretaries that are allowed to do whatever they want to keep you away from the actual nice dentist that would love to work with you in the first place. But then the confusion sets in when everyone plays phone tag and you have a tooth in your mouth that hurts. Such a tragic experience that started so nicely And don't bother messaging the emergency number. Private dentist seems like the way to go for sure but once they get into how they want to start milking your medical insurance, it'll be at the expense of you waiting and your teeth hurting badly😔

My experience here has been extraordinary!
The best service.
The receptionist is polite.
The dentist and dentist assistants are friendly and make you feel welcomed.
I never felt rushed or like a bother.
On August 2022 I broke my jaw along with teeth from a bad fall.
I scheduled an appointment here after checking the reviews from a list of Dentist that the hospital gave me.
I was satisfied with what I read and I was not disappointed. My journey here began in October, today is December 13.
I have my smile back, teeth are fixed and am extremely satisfied with all the work done.
I highly recommend the Dental Salon to everyone looking for a good dentist.

The Dental salon is an amazing office with amazing staff and incredibly kind dentists!! They’re all really professional and they make you feel right at home! The front office is really friendly and helpful!!!And of course the dentists and their assistants are awesome, they made me feel really comfortable when working on me, I was really nervous at first but they know how to make that feeling go away!! I would definitely recommend this office to my friends, family or just anyone that needs their teeth fixed! They answered all my questions really thoroughly and also encourage you to ask them!! I couldn’t be happier to have Dr Jackson and her staff as my dentist!! I’m really happy with the service and my smile!😄😄

This place is terribly ran. I came here for a filling… this particular day they overbooked the amount of patients and only had one dentist on site that was running around like a chicken with his head cut off.. long story short, they started my filling, only to stop midway through and only finished half because the dentist had a ‘more important scope of work to attend to with another patient’.. they sent me on my way and asked me
to come back another day when the dentist can actually finish.. I never went back because of how they went about handling things. I sat and waited almost 1 hour only to be sent home with half of my
mouth done.. I believe the owners need to take a business operations and marketing course.

P.S. The not so gentleman ‘Stacey’ who
i believe is part owner, truly needs some sort of communication coaching.. He’s so on edge and snippy where it’s not needed. I would go to a more trustworthy place than here.

I recommend Francine Jackson she does the best work on my teeth! I have never had dentures like hers, the best office ever!!! A+++++++++++ , I'm in love with my dentures!!!
