Thank you, Dr. Keen, Nancy (my kind and gentle —very important to me!—hygienist), and the amazing front desk staff: Jen, Michelle, and Shirley! They are so helpful. I’ve never experienced the level of attention to detail / use of newest and best technology at any other dentist. Even though they don’t specialize in treating TMJ, they have given me great recommendations for what I can do to help it. For example, I never knew physical therapy for my jaw was an option until Dr. Keen mentioned it. If they do have the capability and power to help, they do it well (ie they created a custom mouth guard of highest quality materials to help reduce grinding at night). I highly recommend Fletcher Hills Dental Arts if you want a dentist, hygienist and staff that truly care.

I've been going here for a few years now and Dr. Keen and his staff are simply the best. I trust Dr. Keen fully. I don't know where these one star reviews are coming from, but I'm guessing someone is mixing Fletcher Hills Dental Arts up with Dental Arts Group down the hill. There is no way Dr. Keen would not see someone in an emergency as he has seen me in an emergency and went out of his way to make sure I got an immediate appointment with a dental surgeon. Dr. Keen would NEVER rip anybody off and let's be real, unless you have dental insurance, ALL dental work EVERYWHERE is expensive. I have vast amounts of experience with numerous dentists and I find Dr. Keen's prices to be completely reasonable, well..... reasonable as dental work goes. Go see Dr. Keen.
