Been going here for 14 years never had a problem until this year. First the dental hygienist that worked on my teeth was rude and snarky, and read my file and in the process says “I know I’m supposed to rinse with warm water, but I don’t wanna get up” Then I come back for a filling replacement and my rear tooth bothering me and before I even left there I told them this don’t feel right.was told it was gonna be sensitive and to give it time. Fast forward to another appointment a week later because both teeth was still bothering me. Was pretty much told the same thing. Fast forward to today 6-26-23, I had to go to a different dentist to get relief (cause who would go back a FOURTH time) and confirmed both teeth needed to come out. I call this office (Kent) and spoke with Tammy, explained everything to her asked for a refund, and the heifer hung up on face. But that’s okay cause two can play that game.

EDIT: TOOTH THAT HAD THE FILLING RE DONE IN IT HAS FALLEN OUT(the filling) BEFORE I EVEN LEFT THE CHAIR I TOLD HIM IT DIDNT FEEL RIGHT, NOW ITS GONE. ONLY OPTION LEFT IS TO GO AGEAD AND PULL YET ANOTHER TOOTH BECAUSE HE AND HIS OFFICE STAFF DIDNT LISTEN.
