The service at this place is horrible! Please do not waste your time there. There are many other good options, please do not try this one!
My wife took my son there recently when he felt sick and got fever. The front desk registered all his information and told my wife waiting time was 2 hours. Then my wife decide to take my son to eat something first and then wait in the car. After 2 hours waiting, they went back and asked the front desk. The exactly same lady who registered my son information 2 hours ago told them she did NOT have my son’s information at all and my wife did not registered him! They need to re-register again and wait another 2 hours! My wife felt shocked with front desk lady’s answer and has to register my son again.
After 4 hours waiting, the doctor finally saw my son. He only spent less than 1 minutes, and did NOT even test his temperature or carry out any inspections, and then immediately let my son and wife left without any advice or medication. My son kept saying he feel headaches and sick. But the doctor seems not care at all! Very shocking with all those horrible experiences at this places.
Please check other low rating reviews before you go there, and you will find out many customers had same or similar bad experiences like us.
Please do NOT waste your time and money at those place! They do NOT care patients at all. Also, some of the good reviews are very suspicious with similar way to appraise them. Those are probably fake reviews and may come from their friends or even themselves!
Again, please do NOT trust them! Do not waste your time there!

If it’s just a mild cold or fever, this urgent care might be acceptable. But if you have anything slightly more serious, I strongly advise against coming here.

I had a piece of skin and part of my nail sliced off my finger, bleeding heavily. I asked the front desk if I should go straight to the ER, but they told me it wasn’t necessary and that they could handle it. While waiting, the screen showed there were only four people ahead of me, but because of the front desk’s incorrect triage judgment, I was placed at the very end and ended up waiting for two and a half hours.

When I finally saw the doctor, they unwrapped the bandage, were shocked to see the bleeding wouldn't stop, and immediately said I needed an ambulance to the ER. I told them I didn’t need an ambulance and could go myself, but they said they couldn’t treat the injury here and I had to go to the emergency room.

Due to the severe injury and my blood phobia, my blood pressure dropped significantly. I asked if they could at least provide a transfer note to expedite the ER process, but they refused to give me any referral or note. As a result, I had to go to the ER late at night and start all over again.

The whole experience was a complete waste of time and showed a shocking lack of professionalism. The front desk had no idea how to properly triage patients or understand which emergencies they were capable of handling. If you only have a mild illness like a cold or fever, this place might be fine — but for anything even remotely urgent, do not risk coming here. Go directly to a proper emergency room.

Dr Brian was fabulous! The visit was everything you’d want it to be. Quickly. Easy. Informative. The office was clean and uber convenient. I wish my insurance covered visits to the Rolling Hills Exer. It would be our family’s go-to!

This Urgent Care facility could not be better! There was no wait time, the intake nurse was lovely, and Dr. Brian was professional, caring, and knowledgeable about my illness. I would go back to this place any time I needed to be seen by a doctor.

Please don't waste your time, I do not recommend it. We wasted 2,5h for nothing and my wife was dismissed to go home even though I was not feeling well.

Unfortunately we were facing a very bad doctor's experience.

My wife arrived not feeling well, dizzy, weak, feeling like fainting and with blood pressure of 161/101.. and oscillating a lot.

However doctor's sad nothing to be done at Urgent Care and my wife was dismissed to go home even though I was not feeling well.

According to doctor, Urgent Care can't look after for blood pressure issues.

Please don't waste your time.

Remarks: I requested the patient clinical summary and the blood pressure measurement of 161/101 was not wrote on that.

This morning I needed to go to urgent care. Since I was a walk-in the staff told me to come right when they opened. The staff were great. Took my insurance information and said they would bill it for me. I saw Dr Brian Harris and he took the time to do a thorough exam as I had been having severe upper respiratory issues. They called in 3 different prescriptions into my pharmacy. I also needed a doctor to sign a TB form me. They were happy to oblige. Since I don’t have my own doctor it was so nice that I was able to see a doctor immediately and not have to wait. Two other doctors I called could schedule me for December and January. I’ll be using this urgent care office again if ever needed.

Very fast to take me in and patch me up after a large open wound. All the staff was super nice and informative during the entire process.

Follow up visit(s) were just as quick and informative. My last visit the doctor not only took care of everything SOOOO good, but was very informative and really gave me everything I needed to finish healing and how to manage it.

Wait times were FAR better than if I went to Emergency and the first co-pay covered all 3 visits. Highly recommend this place.

Dr Brian Harris is in excellent doctor who takes the time to get the right diagnosis and the right treatment. He also takes his time to make sure that the treatment is not painful. Additionally, Dr Harris can tell the difference between an infection and simple inflammation. Not all doctors can easily do that. Highly recommended!

EXER Urgent Care located in at Peninsula Center!! As you enter Their receptionist is kind and very professional. She makes you feel very welcomed and at ease. The forms are sent to you by phone. The forms care not complicated they very easy Peezy, not a complicated Process. The receptionist is ready to Assist you at any time!!
Inside the clinic, the doctors are extremely THE Best. The nurse practitioners are extremely knowledgeable.
The staff is wonderful, helpful and very concerned regarding your health issues. Need I say more?

My experience led to my wellness. They gave me the proper medication‘s. Directions to correct my medical concerns. Yes, My experience was that excellent I will be returning again and again whenever there is a need for My Urgent Care.
