I was reluctant to continue going to this practice after Dr. Godes retired. However, I have been pleasantly surprised. When you enter you are immediately welcomed by the efficient and friendly front desk staff. The office is bright, clean and professional and I’m never kept waiting for more than a few minutes. Dr. Etesse is kind and cheery and laughter rings throughout. She has been involved in my routine visits and carefully checks my teeth and lets me know what might be down the road. Veronica is the best dental hygienist I’ve ever had! She’s very good at what she does making sure to prevent hurting my very sensitive teeth and always gives suggestions for improvement. She’s not only talented in cleaning teeth but her personal skills are incredible and we can laugh quite a bit. Thank you for this wonderful biological dental practice!

Such a wonderful experience at Etesse! Madison made the dental cleaning so comfortable and easy. She is so sweet and did the most thorough dental cleaning Ive ever had done and properly educated on me things I didnt know. Doctor Charolette is also so wonderful and made sure to go over everything and any concerns she had with me. 10/10 recommend!

TLDR: former dentist Dr. Goddess was great! New dentist who took over the practice is money hungry and unethical. Avoid this dental practice at all costs!!! They stole $200+ dollars from me.

Unfortunately the former dentist (Dr. Goddes) retired and now the new owners of this place do not care about their patients. I paid for a yearly package of $450 for two yearly cleanings. Since my second appointment for a regular cleaning was scheduled a little less than 2 months past the one year mark due to a busy schedule, they would not give me the second cleaning. Keep in mind I was auto billed in October of 2023 without having an appointment, saw them in January 2024 for the first appointment, and had the second appointment scheduled for December of 2025 (within 12 months from the first appointment). Apparently if you schedule your second appointment after the 12 month mark because of an auto renewal, this dentistry does not do their job and tell you right then and there to make an earlier appointment. They just don’t say anything, schedule the second appointment anyways, and steal your money by telling you the second appointment is not covered since it is past 12 months from the auto renewal date.

New owner seems to care more about money than patients (same comment was mentioned when I talked to some family members that referred me to the former dentist who use to own this practice).

I have had a great experience with Etesse Holistic and Cosmetic Dentistry. My previous dentist stopped taking our insurance so I switched to them and I immediately felt welcome. The dental office is modern, the front staff is friendly and professional and the signing process is straight forward. I never had to wait and all my procedures started on time. I have felt at ease with the hygienists, dental assistants and dentists. All my dental work has been accomplished with success and minimal discomfort during each procedure. If you are looking for a friendly, empathetic and professional dental team then this dental office is the place to go which I recommend highly.

I was overall unhappy with the customer service. The front desk lead is very intense and inappropriate and she really takes away from what could and should be a hospitable atmosphere. Between the poor customer service, the hygienist giving medical advice "from her own experience", and the doctor seeming fairly disinterested in her work -- we are taking out family's business elsewhere.
