Where should I start. Its about time that I place my experience on paper. I have been a patient of Esthetic dentistry since its inception. Lets talk about the office, its amazing high tech, clean up-to-date technology, the office not only provides general dentistry but is highly concentrated on advanced Implant surgery, esthetic, cosmetic dental procedures , sleep dentistry and advanced implant treatment. My dental needs were not met by my previous providers until I arrived at esthetic dentistry. The team comprised under leadership of Dr. Avanesian and his on board specialist not only provided me with excellent long lasting dental care but a full under one roof dental specialty center that not only treats dental conditions but people as a whole. Their human centered treatment is beyond approach. My full mouth rehabilitation took less than one year but perfectly organized starting with light and humanly impossible touch of Dr. A to the specialist Dr. Kim and Dr. Woo. A complete team approach that has lasted and served me over 13 years. The team of the drs not only provide their combined knowledge and experince but the setting and the other team members are of the chart. Starting from the front desk and their welcoming greeting to the office manage Ana that not only cares about explaining all the options but also caters to your well being on daily basis, a simple statement of welcome back, its hot out there would you like a cup of water to how did the procedure go anything you need please dont hesitate to ask.This is a human approach to a widely high tech office that start from the time you enter to the time you exit.Ana's knowledge experience and selfless approach to your treatment options complements Dr. Avanesians expertise and light touch, not only do they provide you multiple options with beyond reasonable prices but they make sure that you understand. Ana's patience on handling my multiple calls sometimes three a day was not only appreciated but heartfelt. Her treatment options making sure i knew about financing and payment options was so thorough that all I had to do was to concentrate on my recovery. A simple phone call after the procedures and asking about how my family is doing when i arrive, treating my entire family as if they are theirs are some of the few but many attributes of this team. A blessing in the skies that has made my dental trips not only comfortable but enjoyable. There was one occaision that left me speechless when I was in the office when a new patient arrived without an appointment in pain. Ana helped the patient fill out the necessary paperwork ensuring the patient was comfortable, Lynette in the front helped setting up the file in a quick fashion so the patient could be seen as soon as possible, the part that struck me the most was when the patient informed the office that they had forgotten their wallet , a simple no worries that is the last thing you should worry about from the front and the Dr, was the true revelation of the offices philosophy on taking care of a patient in need weather they can afford it or not without concentrating on getting paid , you can not find a human touch like this anywhere but here. If this is not a true revelation of who this team is then good luck finding a place that will rip you off and collect before you enter the treatment room regardless of you being in severe pain. This office starting from Dr. Avanesian , his team Ana a true manager that cares for you, the front desk Lynette with a positive attitude, to the amazing back office staff Arsi (a gem) , Sanda ,Jenn, Non, Cel and the amazing Hygienist Arpi should be commended on a job well done , God bless ya all.

I don’t usually leave reviews but this place has left me feeling so terrible and mistreated. I work customer service for a non profit so I do get how hard it can be and I usually like to give grace which is why I didn’t immediately leave a review. My first negative experience was with my X-ray tech who was rushing and then getting noticeable exasperated with me because “I bit down wrong”. I have a small mouth and instead of working with me she sighed in an aggravated manner and forced the plate in. I left that appointment w/ multiple cuts on my gums.At that same appointment I was told I would need a deep cleaning. I booked my appointments and left. 3 days before my appointment I get a call letting me know my copay was going to be $525 I ask about insurance and she says this is after insurance and that out of pocket it costs $2000. I tell her I won’t be able to afford that and she tells me to just come in for a regular cleaning and talk to my hygienist about other options. During my cleaning my only options given were to do the treatment they said or just the regular cleaning so I left w/ just the regular cleaning. The more I looked into what a deep cleaning is the more it did not make sense. My treatment plan laid out 4 quadrants of root scaling and 4 localized anti microbial agents.The microbial agent was $100 each and from what I read is usually not covered by insurance b/c it’s not necessary. I called the office to get clarification on this. This call is the reason I am bothering to make a review. I spoke to Ana and she was the rudest customer service person I’ve ever encountered in my life. She immediately tried cutting me off when I was explaining why I was calling and told me that the treatment plan is the treatment plan and that because of have HMO that’s why the cost was so high. I told her that I was previously told it was b/c deep cleanings are $2000 and she said she doesn’t know why I was told that but they were actually closer to $1000. I was pretty sure she was the same person that told me $2000 but she was already barely letting me talk so I didn’t want to argue more. I asked if I can get an explanation of what is covered by insurance and what is out of pocket and she said that that’s not possible b/c I have HMO. I explained I just wanted to see what was being covered by insurance and what isn’t so I can coordinate to just get done what is covered. She again repeated that because I have HMO I can’t know that. I asked for just a summary of how much it would cost out of pocket vs how much my copay is and she said she has no way of knowing even though she had previously said it’s around $1000. I told her I just wanted to clarify what I need done and what can be skipped and that I was feeling forced to do services I don’t actually need instead of just sticking to what’s necessary and she interrupted me again and basically yelled saying “we can’t force you to do anything, that’s illegal”. I tried to explain that I felt that way b/c I wasn’t given more options and she said “when I originally told you your copay was $525 you said it was too much so I gave you the option to come in for a regular cleaning” to which I responded that in that case she is the one that told me it was $2000 w/ out insurance and she just argued w/ me. I asked for a recording of that call and have yet to receive it. I feel so frustrated b/c I just want to get done a treatment that I need for my health but I feel like they are focusing more on the money they can get out of me. The amount of times she mentioned the fact that I had and hmo felt like she was trying the shame me for having “cheaper” insurance. Now I have to change dentist and wait to get an appointment somewhere else, so a necessary treatment for my health will be pushed months out. I feel like they take advantage of peoples lack of knowledge on dentistry to push gimmicky services by tricking people into believing it’s a part of a necessary treatment. I don’t know if it’s just Ana that operates this way or the whole practice but it is incredibly messed up

Anna is amazing! She's so kind and caring and really welcomed me. It was my first visit and I felt very well taken care of. Dr. Hamlet was great! Answered all my questions and really wants to help all his patients. I'd definitely recommend seeing him and his wonderful staff!

Esthetic dentistry is a wonderful office! They always communicate with so efficiently with me and the team makes me feel cared for as a patient. Even though I no longer live in the area, both my wife and I love coming to this office. If you want a positive dental experience I highly recommend this office.
