I have been visiting the office of Eric Brown, DDS for several years now and have nothing but high praise for him and his office staff. The office is attractive, meticulously clean and well appointed. The atmosphere is happy. The ladies at the front desk are always cordial, helpful, efficient and treat me as a person rather than as an account number. I appreciate the way they keep in touch via text if there is a cancellation. Dr. Brown is very knowledgeable, affable and takes an interest in me as a person as well as in the health of my teeth. With our family, he has taken a conservative approach and explains options for care. My kind and very adept.hygienist, Arielle, is always thorough yet gentle. My comfort is foremost to her.
I recommend this dental practice and feel confident that new patients will have the same positive experience that I have had for over ten years.
