Northgate Dental is a truly exceptional dental practice. From the moment I walked through the door, the friendly office staff welcomed me. The office itself has a warm and inviting vibe that instantly put me at ease.

During my first visit, Dr. Eric Wong meticulously analyzed and recorded the condition of every single one of my teeth and gum positions. Personally, I like to catch any health issue that I might have way before it becomes a larger problem.

I definitely feel Dr Wong’s thorough approach on my initial visit made sure no potential problems were overlooked, assuring me that my future dental health is in great hands with Dr. Wong.

Dr. Wong is my hero today. I had a toothache (on a Friday) and was worried it was going to get worse over the weekend. I called Dr. Wong's office from a list provided to me by Delta Dental. Dr. Wong happened to answer the phone as he was in the office early, and offered a Friday evening appointment, just after his last patient. I mentioned that I hoped to get in earlier since I had plans and was concerned about what would need to be done. He realized that there was just enough time to fit me in before his first patient of the day, a mere 30 minutes from our phone call. I hightailed it over and Dr. Wong was able to diagnose the problem and clean out the affected area. I am very impressed by his professionalism and skills as a dentist, but more so by his thinking on his feet and willingness to help me, even when I wasn't his patient. If I weren't in the process of moving out of the area, I would be a permanent patient.

My elderly mother is a patient of Dr. Wong. He is incredibly kind to her and has done a great job with her dental work which is fairly complex. Communication from the office team is also top notch.

Very gentle and careful. Doesn't over-treat. Terrific staff and very nice office. Highly recommend this fine family dentist. The office has very easy access with a level parking lot right there, and level entrance with no steps, and it is close to Hyw 101.
