Elite Dental is amazing! Dr. Pradhan-Peck is VERY much competent and goes above and beyond. Every time I've had an x-ray done, what I need is explained to me in full detail. When I needed an emergency appointment, she saw me as soon as possible. The receptionist is great and knowledgeable! Try Elite Dental, you will not be disappointed!

Beware. I visited Elite Dental a few weeks ago for X-rays, exam, and a possible cleaning. I had not been to a dentist in a little over a year and it was time for a check up. After my X-rays I was told I had 8 cavities. I have never had a cavity in my 34 years of life, so I was totally shocked. I asked to be shown where these cavities were (on the X-rays) and was told she could not (not entirely sure why). I had an uneasy feeling about how the interaction went, but thought it must be legit because why would this not be the case? I decided to get a second opinion just to be sure, and to my surprise was told I only had 1 cavity and 1 tooth to "watch" or keep an eye on. After receiving this news I decided to do some sleuthing and researched this practice, more in depth, and found many similar online reviews/reports on a variety of sites.
Absolutely disgusted with this experience.

I had a very great experience at this dental office. I've had bad experiences in the past with dentist. Going to elite dental care change my perspective on dentist. The staff was very friendly, professional, and welcoming. The doctor made sure i had an understanding of how to maintain good oral health and did a great job on my cleaning. Best experience i ever had and i recommend this office to who ever is looking for a dentist to trust.

Best dentist I have ever been to. The staff is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Just a side note about me, I've had a lot of bad dental experiences in the past so I do have a big fear of the dentist to begin with but the team here is amazing. I'm still waiting for insurance to clear some root canals at the moment but so far they were able to fix my teeth 100%, I can't believe the difference.(I really needed a lot of work done). This is honestly the only place I trust to do my dental work. 100% Would recommend!

Excellent dental office. I've been coming to elite for over a year and a half now and have had no negative experiences. When I switched from my old dentist to Elite, I was nervous about using the new methods of dentistry. But the assistant and Dentist made me feel incredibly comfortable. The office is well kept and the staff is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend going to this office for any dental work.

Unethical or incompetent; not sure which.

Recently, I went to Dr. Peck at Elite Dental for a routine cleaning. It was almost a full hour before I was even seen (two hours for the whole visit), and the consult was extremely disappointing. She refused to clean my teeth citing signs of infection (nothing that I had noticed), but did take x-rays and told me that I had 6 cavities that I would need to come back and have filled. Warning bells went off in my head as I typically have very good oral hygiene and have a very clean diet. I got copies of my x-rays and consulted with a holistic dentist friend who said she did not see signs of decay but that I should get a local second opinion. I went for my second opinion with a holistic dentist this morning. He found NO evidence of infection or cavities and performed the cleaning I had requested. Patient beware.

Although extremely nice people this is by far the worst dental experience I have had. I came here to get a new crown and two cavities filled. The crown fell out a month after it was put in. One cavity was completely missed and they didn’t realize that that it didn’t get filled until I had to return to have the crown put in again. 3 weeks after crown was put back in, the new filling fell out. I never write reviews but felt I needed to share. I have never had to return to a dentist as many times as I have had to return here because of problems with the dental work they provided.
