Nancy was incredibly resourceful and helpful in prepping me for my visit. The rest of the process was very seamless at this pristine and spacious facility.⭐

The real treat was during the extraction. I'm being incredibly sarcastic but also honest 😂

The nitrous was a complete life-saver (which Dr. James generously included without cost).

Getting high on laughing gas is great and all, but it is absolutely ESSENTIAL considering the excruciation contained in 🦷 extraction. 😵

The aid, Mike, was incredibly reassuring and compassionate throughout the entire process. In fact, his affirming demeanor was second only to the Laughing Gas in calming me. 🤣😂

When all was said and done, I left the facility numb but delighted that I chose Elevated. Shall be returning next week for a checkup! 🙏

I got my wisdom teeth taken out and I am the most nervous and anxious person on the planet and Dr. Macdowell and his staff made this experience so easy and calming. First let me start of by saying Dr Macdowell is one of the kindest and patient doctors I’ve ever met, he answered absolutely all of my questions( and I had a lot!) His nurses were also extremely patient and nice as I was so scared to go under but honestly it was a breeze. Minimal pain afrer the surgery as well! Which was also a fear of mine but so far so great , 10/10 I would definitely recommend for ur oral surgical needs. Also shout out to Nancy at the front desk she’s been really helpful with any post care questions 💕💕💕

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. MacDowell and staff at Elevated Oral Surgery. He is extremely professional, competent, kind and thoroughly explains everything. He is kind of like a big nerd about oral surgery…he is very smart and clearly enjoys his job. He is passionate and it shows. Also the office is super nice and clean. Support staff are all very friendly and good at what they do. I had a bone biopsy of my jaw done by him and he did a great job even though it’s not a fun procedure. Hand IV was the best I’ve ever received…barely pinched and no bruise.
Have I mentioned I don’t like dentists and it’s hard for me to trust them after previously being taken advantage by one. I saw 2 other oral surgeons before him and he was the easy and obvious choice. I trust him, I know he cares and has mine and his other patients’ best interests at heart. I could not recommend him more highly and will be referring all of my family and friends to him. My only worry is the word gets out and he becomes hard to see. He is currently contracted with several dental and medical insurances. Also Nancy at the front desk is a rockstar…super kind as well and keeps you informed every step of the way. Dr MacDowell has obviously taken great care to put together a fantastic team and it shows! I will be a patient for life!

For getting three screws put it under local anesthesia it was not that bad the best part was hearing the ratcheting of the wrench!! I recommend anybody who needs this type of implants you will be very satisfied with the whole operation and professional quality and bed side manner of this office.

Getting oral surgery is probably everyone's least favorite idea, but there really couldn't have been a better place to get it done. I was near-tears-nervous, but they were so kind, very professional, and got it done thoroughly, relatively pain free, and quickly. They were very focused on my comfort, and were happy to help me feel better. Highly recommend!
