Dr. Yu is very patient and professional. My wife and I have been seeing for our teeth issues and deep cleaning for over 20 years. He did an excellent job and always educate me about how to take care of my teeth and gum. Clinic is clean and comfortable.

Horrible. Is there a star less than 1? Never saw the dentist. Arrived 10 minutes early. Provided dental insurance info in advance over the phone. People in lobby were already complaining and looking irritated when I arrived. Reception Said it would be a 30 minute wait. Then explained that there was only one dentist doing everything. By the way, she casually mentioned the service I called about was not available today due to their being just one dentist. A guy in the lobby said he’d been waiting an hour. Reception said I could wait in my car if I liked and she’d call me like that was normal. By the way they wanted signatures for policies and information not provided. Very suspect. Very courteous staff, always helpful and no long wait time. YEars ago I was happy with this doctor and disappointed when my employer changed insurance. I’m so glad to return after many experiences with other dentists. I trust Dr. Yu and his staff. Definitely my preferred dentist.

He's great And so is his team
I would never go there for the dentist again They make you wait past thirty minutes to a hour for an appointment A little short story, a new dentist wanted to show off her skills and neglect the fact that I came in for a broken tooth She wanted to crown an old silver tooth and she didn't even pull the tooth out Told me she didn't have enough time I'll have to come back So I called richmond dentist building they helped out

Worst customer service I’ve experienced. When I checked in, they said that I had checked in early, which was only 10 minutes early showed them the confirmation of appointment then they said sit down and will check you in. Waited 45 minutes told them I was going to leave. They said it would be 10 more minutes Waited another 10 minutes still no one so I was there an hour waiting and still no doctor. It’s also not very clean.
