This review is based solely on how long it took for them to see me. My appointment was at 12pm. I was here by 11:30am. My X-rays weren’t done till 12:20. I’ve been sitting in this chair waiting for the dentist for over an hour at this point as it’s past 1PM. Like what the heck, I was early and still they have me waiting for almost 2hrs ?!? (Writing this as I’m currently still waiting in the chair 🙄) so who knows how long I’ll really be waiting.

Dr Evan is amazing! My dentist could not extract my tooth or even numb me properly. After 2 h of torture I was referred to dr Evan. He got it done in minutes pain free. Apparently with the type of root infection I had, a different type of anesthesia needs to be performed. I guess not all doctors know that. But Dr Evan does! You will be in good hands!

Hear me out. I scheduled a cleaning/ check-up appointment with their office about a week ahead of time. When the time came for the appointment, it was not possible to come in early to get my paperwork done since the door opening was the same as my appointment time. No biggie.

Prior to the appointment, their confirmation text had incorrect name, date, and time for the appointment. Also not an issue since I called their number to correct them.

When my appointment came, the told me I had 9 cavities and needed a root canal from my front tooth because they saw a black/dark spot. They stated that the root was dead and I should be experiencing symptoms soon. I continued to ask questions about where the 9 cavities and root canal were located. They pushed me forward to front office without explaining after I asked the back office.

So basically, I had to ask what was wrong with my teeth by people who were in charge of scheduling appointments and talking to insurance, rather than the dentist and dentist assistants themselves who saw and x-rayed my teeth, as they rushed me to leave. That's an issue, especially since there's a lot wrong, they claimed.

I then asked them to send an e-mail regarding all the work needing to be done and x-rays, so I could get a second opinion.

I scheduled another dental appointment that day. For 3 consecutive e-mails and phone calls they sent incorrect information. They also tried to not talk to the second opinion dentist, after I asked if they could speak to them for the required information. They denied the denial to speak to the second opinion.

After more calls, they finally allowed me to give the second opinion dentist the phone to ask for the necessary information. However, they failed to do so. I then needed to get a second set of full-teeth xrays that same day to take care of the issues.

I gave 2 stars because I have to admit that their office is on top of responding to patients in an efficient manner. I appreciate them for that. However the incorrect information, bad communication between staff, and lack of clarity regarding my teeth are huge red flags. I caution you before booking an appointment with them, with all due respect.

I have had a lot of dental work in my day to include having my jaw wired shut for a few months years ago. I find this practice to be authentic and exceptional. Dr Evan is so quick but thorough. You can tell he has really good skills AND bedside manner. He knows what he is doing and does it well. I would send anyone here. Such a good guy and wonderful practice.

Would give 10 stars if I could and Definitely coming back. I went in to get all 4 of wisdom teeth removed (the procedure was overall painless) and Dr.Georgieff takes my Insurance which is Med-ical and if you know anything about med-ical then you know it's better than having nothing at all. Dr. Georgieff doesn't have to take Medi-cal but he does and I'm very grateful for it. The doctor also recommended me PRF Grafts to be put in my two lower sockets after the extraction. The cost of that add-on out the door was $700 and was worth every penny. Do your research on "PRF Graft" but in summary it will promote healing,reduce swelling, time of healing and the most important will prevent DRY Socket (VERY MAJOR PLUS and the main reason I forked out money with no questions asked). It's took less than 7 days for the swelling of my face to go down. Nothing but a good Doctor who does Good Business

Staff is friendly and caring. I haven't had any dental work done here but as a companion for somebody that is getting two implants I noticed how quick and efficient they are. I'm thinking to have my next implant here.
