This is the place to go!!! I’ve always been a terrible patient with dental work because I’m highly sensitive and get anxious in the chair. However, I had a root canal done today and it was BY FAR the easiest dental work I’ve ever had done. The entire team was friendly and accommodating, and the entire process was seamless. I had a wonderful experience at Edgewood Endodontics. If you are in need of an Endodontist, I strongly recommend Dr. John Wikle. I was referred to Dr. Wikle for a root canal. He and his team did a great job of preparing me on what to expect before he started the procedure. Dr. Wikle was extremely personable and made sure I was as comfortable as possible throughout the whole process. The next day, a member of his team reached out to check in on me, which I very much appreciated. I will definitely use Dr. Wikle for any future needs that I or my family has!

Dr. John C. Wikle of Edgewood Endodontics has all the attributes you would hope to find for a doctor of endodontic dentistry. He is supremely well-versed in his craft, employing "cutting edge" methodology -- including a binocular stereomicroscope to faithfully root out infection. The doctor is conscientious, humane, and is gifted with deft, dexterous digits to make a potentially traumatic root canal proceed smoothly and seemingly effortlessly.

In fact, after the anesthetic wore off, I experienced absolutely no pain or lingering inflammation from the procedure, even though Dr. Wikle performed a complicated root canal that my general dentist could not address.

In contrast to my dentists of yesteryear -- the temporary composite filling was so neatly executed by Dr. Wikle that I could easily floss between the molars. Previously with other dentists, I had to return multiple times to have fillings reshaped so flossing would be possible.

Dr. Wikle radiates goodwill and has a genial, positive disposition. The patient immediately feels at ease. Although, for other doctors, one can easily be led to believe they chose the field of dentistry expressly to inflict pain and torment upon the hapless patient, Dr. Wikle conducts his dentistry with the passion -- and compassion -- of a ministry dedicated to redeeming the patient from a life of endless dental suffering. In substantial part, I believe Dr. Wikle's beautiful family influences his devotion toward his patients.

Finally, if you recall the iconic, gap-toothed, cover boy "Alfred E. Neuman," of Mad Magazine with his now-classic exclamation, "What, me worry?", he must have been referring to a dentist in the mold of Dr. Wikle!

When you're in a pickle, it's Dr. Wikle!
