First time patient and was not impressed by their service and they do overcharge. I had to check my insurance again as they said my insurance does not cover sealants, they flat out lied to me. Then, they said they don’t do a regular cleaning for a regular check up for first time patients when my son and I needed regular check ups. What was the point of making an appointment at 9am and 1030am when we were done by 10:20am and then suddenly not having time to do my cleaning. They kept lying over and over. They seem nice but it felt like a scam and as if they were finding ways to charge. We will not be going back. I wanted a dentist closer to my house but never mind.

***Update- I’m pretty sure some of the reviews on here are fake. I went to a different dentist and they charged me $200, I had one small cavity. Ecco dental tried to charge me over $1,000 and told me I had 4 cavities prior. Also, when dental assistant was new at the time I went, and did the photos and she was struggling and my jaw was sore for weeks after! DO NOT COME HERE!

This place is full of lies!!! My Mother who agreed on a treatments was just seen 3 times, then was told she was done with treatment, with missing teeth that were not replaced how they had said it would be done. She was just given a temporary retainer. Was after offered another treatment that was $5000 including an $2300 discount they offered for the misunderstanding. Just after going over paperwork to notice she was being charged $9000+. Which they never ones mentioned, this if an overcharged place that doesn’t know how to communicate with their patients. How does a $5000 treatment go up to $9000+? Make sure you read before signing anything.

I highly recommend this dental practice. The staff is amazing, extremely professional and courteous. The atmosphere is very family oriented, clean and welcoming. Everyone always greets you with the smile everyone dreams they had and they will ensure your smile is the same. Dr. Jaquez and his wife are wonderful and truly care about their patients. I personally elected to have the invisiline braces and I couldn't be more happy. I have also referred multiple families who can all attest that Ecco Dental is above reproach in customer service and satisfaction!

I went to Eccodental about 18 months ago, I called them because the prior dentist I went to didn't care what was wrong with me. I had periodontist disease. She told me there is nothing that she cold do. Dr. Jaquez and Amber and the rest of the staff cared. They said that they would do there best to save as many of my teeth as possible. Well after deep cleanings and more deep cleanings I'm happy to say I may not loose any teeth at all. They also did a procedure on a little growth on my lip again no other dentist or doctor ever cared. Thanks for all you do for me and my family.

Today was my first visit i also brought my 9 and 10 year old this dental office is amazing the staff is so welcoming and go above and beyond to make you feel confortable the dentist was patient and made my girls feel safe we will be patients as long as there open its very rare to find a dental office where kids are excited to go back!
