Hands down the best dentist I have ever been to. The doctor is knowledgeable and helps ease your pain. I went in with wisdom tooth pain and he knew how to help without trying to over charge for unnecessary work. Thank you for helping me feel better. You made my life a thousand times better. Such a shame... get all the advertisements in the mail seems like a great facility. I have dual coverage (two) PPO insurances and when I call to make my family an appointment they will only see two at a time causing me to miss work more than once. Ridiculous. Us moms and dad's work too.

On Wednesday (8-16-23), I went in for work on 3 surfaces. The total price was $325 dollars. All of it had to be paid in advance. This is evidently a new policy and I think it is deplorable. It gives them the opportunity to hide things in the estimate for which you don't receive any service. Nonetheless, I preceded with the dentistry. Often, I've found that when you are in pain from teeth related issues you seek immediate relief. Thus, situational discernment becomes a little less significant..
Dr. Shrazi works much quicker than what he has in the past. That's fine if everything is done perfectly. Regrettably, that wasn't the case. My teeth were left with a rough "sandpaper finish." I caught it before I left the office and went back into the chair to remedy the issue. It was successfully fixed. The dentist no longer spends much time on patient education. In the past we could have an excellent discussion on what needed to be done and how it would improve my teeth. That's gone - it's in the chair and out. Evidently, client to doctor interaction is no longer valued. Finally, the new lady who handles the paperwork constantly referred to me as "sweetie" or other mushy-sexist terms. It's rather demeaning but can be easily rectified. I hope these comments have proven helpful. Certainly, we can all appreciate superior dental care. Thanks, for the read, Dr.twf.

I went to Eagle Dental in Hesperia. I was going to have a crown, but I was also going to make it my regular dentist. They saw me gave me a printout of the costs. When I called my insurance I gave them the codes and she had over charged me for both codes. Then they were charging me for over $400 for lab fees, which should have been in cost of the crown. My insurance said they would call to go over the charges assuming maybe they had an old chart for pricing (prices have been the same for over 10 years). Well 10 minutes later I get a call from dentist office telling me I had complained about them. I said no I had not just went over the costs with insurance. Well she just said "I think we should just part ways now". WHAT?
Just don't trust this place!!

I waited for a night guard for three weeks and they didn’t call me when it was ready. When I called for an update, and had the appointment, the doctor has already left for the day? They offered me being “adjusted” by a dental technician (who has been trained by the dentist while watching him/her working, meaning: no formal training?!!) Very disappointing. I cancelled my annual exam after experiencing this lack of professionalism.

They helped my husband with his tooth pain. He went in and they found the problem and instantly pulled the tooth. This is now our permanent dental office. 10/10 service

This business has been sold. My first visit to Eagle Dental went fine. When I tried to make an appointment months later, they were no longer taking my insurance. I'm now having an issue and the current dentist has asked for my previous x-rays to compare and see how my condition has progressed. I called and gave my info - a girl said she would email them, After not receiving anything, I called again, this time leaving a voicemail that wasn't returned. It's now weeks later and I was in the area so I stopped in. A man I believe is the new dentist said the problem is that they charge a fee now, He wanted $45 just to make a few keystrokes and email the file to me. I explained that his office no longer accepts my insurance so he wouldn't feel I was disloyal. He still wanted $45 and went off on a tirade about it being legal to charge that much. I again tried to be nice and reason with him but he was grouchy, angry, stubborn, and also didn't seem to care when I mentioned that I would be happy to write a good review of his business. Well Mr. grouchy dentist, you blew it. Your star rating on Google just went through the floor and I can honestly encourage anyone considering Eagle to look elsewhere.

Won't correct his mistakes. Beware. He has enough incoming patients to not take your care seriously. Including his outside suppliers.
