Scheduled appointment about 3 months in advance. Doctor typically sees patients once a week in his private office. Was immediately greeted by the front desk staff and check in was a breeze. Wait times were minimal and lots of friendly patients waiting for their appointments. Dr. Auriemma is world class. From his personality to the level of professionalism that he provides. He came highly recommended from other physicians and everyone in the waiting area praised him. This was my first experience with him and I’m extremely happy that I waited to see him. Everything from start to finish was simply incredible and seamless. I honestly can’t say enough about Dr.Auriemma and his practice. Highly recommend him and he’s clearly worth the wait.

After much research, I found Dr Auriemma. I saw he was capable of doing the procedure I needed right in his office.
The staff that talked to me over the phone-- and greeted me that day in his office were exceptional.
Dr and his nurse Dawn were absolutely awesome. They talked to me to distract me during my procedure.
I worked in Healthcare my entire career. I know patients are scared and nervous... as i was nervous as well.
Dr Auriemma and his staff were wonderful. I really appreciate all of them.

Rude staff from day one trying to get an appointment for fecal incontinence. Everything was so difficult. First and foremost, they asked for a doctor to doctor referral. My gastroenterologist sent it right in. Heard nothing, nadda. Sooo, after several weeks, called to follow up and now the doctor wanted a sphicter test I had done 10 years ago I called my previous doctor in FL (haven’t even in 10 years) and they didn’t have anything from the test 10 years ago. Both woman that work in the office, Chris, is one and don’t know of the older lady but again they are both IGNORANT AND ARROGANT. The old lady said he gave her permission to end the call on me at anytime… like is this a joke? He only works in the office 1 days a week lol. I felt judged, as told the old lady from day one, I was referred by a current patient.. She brought up that he owed money? What does him even have anything or money have to do with me. That’s him and not me, where is patient privacy which I believe is Hippa. I felt judged by another patient owing money. Everything is difficult, un-organized, and they never call back … I believe they screen phone calls as well: I come from suburbs of Philadelphia and Jersey and this office is a joke. Go elsewhere!!

I found an amazing doctor 😊 didn’t take long to find and see the doctor. The “sphincter test” was done the same day. I WOULD run far away. Go to a caring doctor that cares and does ever bring another patient owing money!!! That is the patients privacy… I definitely wouldn’t ever want my personal out there.

My wife has a bad experience at this office. To begin with, the office was cold with no heater in the month of December! Her appointment was at 2:00pm and after 1.5 hrs of waiting she asked when she would be seen by the doctor she was told they don't know, my wife asked for an explanation and the staff responded rudely by saying "this is the way this office works and you have to just wait." After 2 hrs of waiting my wife decided to leave, she had been charged for the visit on arrival, she asked for a refund, the staff responded by saying we don't know how to credit the money back to your card, so the doctor issued a check, but the rude female assistant objected to giving the check saying that they are not sure if the charge to the credit card has gone through, with my wife persistence to get her money back the staff "threw" the check towards her. It is so sad to be treated like this in a doctor's office where you expect to be treated professionally. She would never go there again!
